L'ala nord è una nuova aggiunta che è stata costruita nel 2003 e presenta una grande cucina moderna e completamente fornita e spaziosi salotti / sale da pranzo che formano un unico ampio spazio aperto, ideale per intrattenere gli ospiti e l'intero gruppo può riunirsi per attività. Ci sono 3 enormi camere da letto, ognuna con il proprio bagno privato e può ospitare una piccola famiglia. La camera da letto principale al piano principale ha un letto king size, una culla, un fasciatoio, una vasca idromassaggio e un proprio termostato intelligente, ideale per una famiglia con un bambino. Le 2 camere da letto al piano superiore dispongono ciascuna di un letto matrimoniale, due letti singoli a castello, un lettino e un altro termostato intelligente, ideale per le famiglie più numerose. This was our first stay with this property & these owners. The property is quite large and excellent for large groups of people in terms of restrooms, bedrooms, beds, physical space to move around and gather for games, cooking, etc. So long as folks don't mind sharing bedrooms you can fit in a lot! We were a group of PhDs from a Boston based research university going on a work retreat for games, food, and laughs. Some had their kids with them as well. The house was excellent for folks of all ages, and they even had kid & baby paraphernalia for guests to use. The owners were very easily reachable by text, emails, and phone calls & when we had minor concerns were helped right away. Everything was clean, worked well, and was comfortable. We had a fantastic weekend here with our group of 20 and absolutely intend to stay again!

The house was certainly big enough, and had enough sleeping accommodations and common spaces.
There were a few things that made it not the perfect situation.
One of the sleep sofas when opened up had a dirty sheet, the cap from a nip bottle, a dart or game piece.
A lot of silverware was not clean.
I planned an entire meal around the use of a grill. The deck was totally covered in snow, we did make our way to the grill to find out there was no gas. Very disappointing
The chandelier in the common room needs dusting badly.
The oven had not been cleaned and the first time we used it filled the rooms with smoke- had to have doors open for a while. Pretty chilly.
I feel that I paid for a cleaning fee that hopefully someone else benefits from, but I didn’t get a completely clean place and it makes me think “ Did I get clean sheets on every bed or were some left over from the previous guests?”
Despite these issues, we had a great time as a family!

We had 16 injured veterans stay for two nights to learn to cross country ski in nearby Jackson, NH. This home rental was perfect to accommodate all our needs while making the stay a more personable social setting to gather at meal time and relax and also provide participants privacy.

The hosts were absolutely amazing throughout the weekend! They were very easy to reach and checked in to make sure we were great! Our family had an amazing time at their property, and we will definitely be coming back!

Our extended family had a wonderful time at this property. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. We had a very large group with several kids ages 5 months to 14 years; the amount of space this house offered exceeded our expectations. The kids toys and amenities (high chairs, pack n plays, swings, etc) were an added and welcomed bonus. Location and proximity to the stores and restaurants in town was also great. We would absolutely rent this home again.

Great place to host a group, very spacious, felt high end yet very comfortable. Plenty of accommodation's for everyone. Had a lot of room for kids and accessories for kids under 2. Minutes away from shopping and restaurants.

We always rent a house big enough to fit the whole family for the Thanksgiving holiday and this is by far our favorite property we’ve stayed at. The owners are very kind and accommodating and communicated with us throughout our stay if we had any questions. The location is perfect too and everyone was entertained with a lot to do in the area. Highly recommend!

Great time in a massive home that fit about 18 grown men comfortably. Secluded but very close to everything North Conway had to offer, which was perfect.

We were a group of 11 people having a work retreat and the layout was perfect, with everyone having plenty of space for sleeping and large areas to gather together in. The fire pit and propane grill were both used and we enjoyed being able to eat outdoors, too. Location was so close to everything - we could have walked to Cranmore Mountain. Super easy getting to Diana's Baths, Echo Lake and Cathedral Ledge as well as kayaking at Saco River! Highly recommend this place for families, too, as the rooms were well equipped for people with babies and/or small children, and the game room is great for everyone!

Stayed here for a few days with extended family and we had a great time. There was enough space for everyone to do their own thing but we could come together in the main space and still not feel like we were on top of each other. Very family friendly which I appreciated as we were traveling with children under the age of 6. Lisa and Bobby were super easy to work with from beginning to end. The only “complaint” was that it was a bit dusty in some areas but that’s just me being a neat freak and nit picky. A little pricey but worth it for the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall, great space very close to the center of town and Storyland, which is where we spent most of our time. Would recommend.

Our large group, family reunion had a fantastic time at your beautiful property. It’s exactly as lovely as it is presented on this site. I loved that there were two sections of the house that accommodated those who wanted a quiet area. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook and serve at home. The outdoor area is large and comfortable to cook, dine and relax by the fire.
The location is ideal for shopping, hiking and enjoying the beautiful mountains. And the host responded to all questions and concerns immediately. I highly recommend booking Hillside Lodge. 👍

Rented this house for a weekend with some friends to celebrate our groom to be. House was plenty spacious, up on a secluded hill to make it feel like an extra private space. Check-in and check-out was very easy, hosts were kind and responsive when I reached out. Would stay here again.

This is my second stay at this property with a group of friends and kids for our April vacation. Very kid friendly property with a little for everyone. We enjoyed hiking, the town, outlets, the aquarium and much more. All activities are a short drive or even walk. Wonderful way to spend time with our families.

We were a large group and the house accommodated us all very nicely. The location and close proximity to skiing, shopping, and dining out was great. There were a few maintenance issues however that should have been addressed. The shower in the bedroom above the master doesn’t drain so the tray fills up to the point of spilling over onto the floor. There were cobwebs in one of the bedrooms off the mud room as well as one of the bathrooms. The upstairs bunk room is missing a curtain on the large window and a few lights just wouldn’t work at all. Paying over $900 a night, I would expect better.

Everything you see is what you get here. Great spot for large group. So much room for kids to play. The bedrooms where great too. I would recommend to anyone. Hope to get back next winter for another stay. Thanks again!

Our family was a little smaller than anticipated due to my parents could not go after an accident, but that did not stop us to enjoy everything about your home and North Conway. Once again, the rooms were perfect for our various age group. Our favorite part of the house is the long table. We gathered for dinners and games. The weather was beautiful and Cranmore is everyone’s favorite spot to ski! The house was clean and the check out was easy for us.

Our research group stayed here for an annual retreat. The space was perfect for our group - a large open living space allowed for meetings, the kitchen setup was ideal for shared use during meal prep, and the bedrooms were diverse styles to accommodate everyone’s needs.
We enjoyed feeling up in the hills (and enjoying the color changing leaves) while being close enough to town to get emergency groceries and takeout. The location is wonderful.

It has a large kitchen, well equipped.
The hosts respond quickly to requests and are very accommodating.

The house and location were perfect. Room for 18 guys, and close to food and entertainment. Mt Washington country club, Hales location golf course and North Conway Country Club we’re very serviceable golf challenges with beautiful foliage views in the valley at MWCC at the Omni Hotel. This property was Absolutely Perfect! EXACTLY what we were looking for. We were looking for a place that was big enough for about 24 people to come together to celebrate the wedding of our son and his bride. They planned a small gathering of just family for their ceremony on Cathedral Ledge, and then a catered celebration together back at the house. Most everyone came up on Friday night and we had dinner together and just a wonderful pre-party of family. To a person, Everyone kept saying how perfect the Hillside house was for out gathering! There was plenty of kitchen space, plenty of spaces for people to gather in different groups playing games, chatting, dancing and ultimately a dinner celebration of the happy couple after their ceremony. An Amazing property for your large gathering of family and friends.

The house had a lot of open space inside. Plenty of room for our family of 13 adults and 10 kids! The house was mostly clean- a few cobwebs here and there. The older section of the house needs some updating, but loved the old home character. The kids loved feeding the fish in the pond. The outside needs to be trimmed up a bit- lots of overgrown weeds. Plenty of outside seating. The house is in a very quiet area. I would recommend the home.

We stayed here this past weekend with 11 adults and 7 kids. The house has more than enough room, and every family got their own room with their own bathroom. The multiple living areas were great with plenty of room to spread out, and the kitchen in the center with a huge table that sat everyone was amazing! The kids loves feeding the fish in the Koi pond and finding all the frogs. The location was excellent, less than 5 minutes from the shops in North Conway. If you are looking for a large house with friends or family, this is the place!

Perfect set up for my daughter’s class trip!
The house is exactly as advertised … spacious and perfect for kids! The kids LOVED feeding fish once per day in the cot pond, playing air hockey, foos ball & pop-a-shot. The kitchen was perfect for a pasta dinner and the back yard s’s’mores in the fire pit were shut! We loved having it as our home base as we explored the North Conway area, including a 3-mile hike up Cathedral Ledge, an afternoon of swimming at Echo Lake State Park, snd a 3-hour River float with Saco Bound from NH to Maine. The beds were comfy and plentiful for a large group. We hope to be back in June 2023! Thank you for being awesome and communicative hosts. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for everything! Have a great summer.
