Waterfront! Beautiful River views! Kayaks, deck, porch, fire pit!
È molto bello e tranquillo kayak sul fiume Swan tra la fine dell'estate e l'inizio dell'autunno. Abbiamo due kayak che puoi lanciare dalla nostra proprietà sul lungofiume. Ottimi ristoranti, bellissime escursioni e piste ciclabili sono meno affollate per il tuo divertimento. West Dennis è un'ottima posizione centrale sul Capo.

Recentemente rinnovato! Waterfront, kayak, paddleboard, cucina nuova, armadi bianchi, ripiani in granito con vista sul mare aperto piano si collega alla camera familiare. TV da 55 pollici, nuova pavimentazione in tutto.
Questo 3 camere da letto, 2 bagno completo, doccia esterna appena aggiornato, casa Waterfront Cape Cod si trova sul fiume Swan con una vista spettacolare. Accedi al fiume Swan e alle paludi dal cortile sul retro. È a sud di Rt 28. E 'a 15 minuti a piedi da South Village Beach ea due miglia dalla pittoresca West Dennis Beach. La casa dispone di un ponte, veranda, doccia esterna, lavatrice e asciugatrice e vista tranquilla. Proprio sul fiume Swan e passi dalla porta sul retro, si può pescare, kayak, granchio, paddle board, fare una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia, o semplicemente sedersi, rilassarsi e lasciarsi incantare dalla vista. Goditi l'abbondanza di uccelli costieri dal cortile, dal portico o dal ponte.
Lancia i nostri passi in kayak o paddleboard dalla porta posteriore. Andare in barca fino alla spiaggia del South Village o fino allo Swan Pond.
La casa si trova su una strada tranquilla sul fiume, ma convenientemente situato a negozi, spiagge, pista ciclabile Cape Cod e ristoranti. West Dennis è una bella posizione centrale a Cape Cod.
Master Bedroom Suite con vista sul mare ha un letto king size e bagno padronale completo. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo e la terza camera ha un letto a castello pieno e due letti singoli.
Cucina completa e una griglia sul ponte posteriore con vista sul fiume e sulle paludi spettacolari.
Dopo una giornata di divertimento a Cape Cod, rilassati vicino al pozzo del fuoco, brinda con marshmallows o fai jamos.
C'è una veranda con posti a sedere per gustare il caffè del mattino, una bevanda fredda, giocare a uno dei nostri giochi da tavolo o rilassarsi con un libro e ammirare le splendide viste sul fiume e la fauna selvatica.
C'è una scatola di immagazzinaggio e un ampio spazio sul ponte anteriore per riporre gli articoli da spiaggia. Croquet e sacchetto di fagioli lanciano giochi da giardino forniti per l'uso nel nostro ampio cortile.

This property surpassed all the pictures and the description! It was a stunning home in a prime location right on the water. The attention to detail in the home and in each bedroom was wonderful. It was immaculately, clean, and towels and sheets were provided the fire pit area was outstanding and we enjoyed several fire pits during our stay. The natural marsh setting allowed us to observe so much nature and feel so peaceful drinking our coffee on the deck in the morning the outdoor shower was a huge hit as well as the kayaks. The home was spacious with several areas to gather We were extremely grateful to be able to have stayed there for six nights. The beach was so close by as well as so many great restaurants.

From morning coffee on the deck, kayaking and s’mores at the fire pit to having a home base to easily explore Hyannis, Harwich and Chatham, this was a great stay!

Absolutely beautiful setting. Location was perfect for kayaking which my family took total advantage. Corn hole was also provided which led to some exciting family competitions (men vs. women, women won of course). House was comfortable, particularly like screen in porch. Most nights my son built a fire in the fire pit and we also barbequed. Sophie, our dog who accompanied us, also enjoyed her vacation in West Dennis. Location was very convenient, a short car ride away from beach, super market, coffee shop, bakery, etc. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Definitely not a five star rated property. Exterior of this property needs a lot of work, don’t think it’s ready to be rented. But we went by the reviews, which is the best you can do when renting a property. So we were expecting to spend lots of time outside enjoying the beautiful view, which was actually better from the neighbors yard. No real place to launch boats or kayaks, except a tiny 2 foot wide path through the reeds, not ideal. Definitely some trimming of bushes needed to be done if you wanted to actually enjoy this view from the back deck of this property. Back deck slider and screen slider were very difficult to maneuver in and out of the house became quite a hassle for us. The back deck itself was splintering old wood not good for barefoot feet. Inside of the house was OK, except for the very musty smells in all the closets in the house, not sure how to correct that, and please, the front screened in porch, get rid of the disgusting stained carpet which is the first thing you see upon entering the property. I suggest taking some of that 4K plus money we spent this week and investing it in some exterior improvements. Hope this helps other renters, and property owners to make some improvements for their next renters.
