Only few minutes hot shower, no taxi arrangements, minibar had barely any drinks, massage closed after 6 and the entire Sunday.

The staff were pleasant especially in the restaurant

No twin rooms Had to book another room so we could have a seperate bed Water in shower was TOO hot and unable to be used - yes we did try to add cold. Told numerous staff members over the couple of days we were there and no action taken.

D'avoir une chambre sur le rue principale, dommage pas de vue et bruyant le matin. Le gardien a l'entrée de l'établissement pourrait saluer les arrivants et sourire

Just stayed for 3 nights with my family. We booked 2 rooms in reasonable price from booking. both of the rooms were fantastic. 1. Nice valley view from our room. 2. Super clean bathrooms. 3. Room service was excellent. They refilled room amenities timely. 4. Location is great. On the left, upward road goes to bhanu bhaban in 5mins and shortcut to mall chowrasta. On the right 5-7 mins Walking distance to Glenarys, Keventers, Clock Towert and mall market. Highly recommended for family travelers. My family loved this Hotel.

The only problem was Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi connection was very poor in this hotel. Btw Wi-Fi problem is everywhere in Darjeeling.

Price should be little bit less

Tha garden area instead there should have a roof top restaurant.

location was ok and clean

providing food after 10pm was not entertained even though the restaurant has people when we checked after 10pm; so had to arrange biscuits from nearby for the child.

Breakfast Good, locations nice

Restaurant staff was amazing . Helpful and really sweet group.

Bed linens were dirty and not changed from prior occupants when we checked in. There was hair all over the sheets. Although they did change it immediately after I reported it - I’m curious why it wasn’t changed in the first place as it’s greatly unhygienic.
