Near to many grocery stores which opening nearly 24 hours, near to the gate, not in the city of Cairo but still near, Rehab city has nearly everything you need outside, lovely places to walk through. The staff were cooperative and problem solvers whatever the time in the day, I liked their attitude.

Quality of the apartment relative to the price is unreasonable. But considering the location and most of the days I were outside, I recommend it and return back again.

на кухне пахнет навозом первый этаж окна с не до конца прозрачными стеклами нельзя проветрить

الشقة تقع في حي جديد في الرحاب الشقة المجاورة للشقة التي نعيش بها مازالت تحت الصيانة والاكساء الضجة و الاصوات لاتطاق من الصباح الى المساء طلبنا تغير الشقة من شركة Casa علما انه يوجد شقق اخرى على موقع الشركة ولكن اعتذروا بحجة عدم وجود شقق متاحة اقول لادارة شركة casa ان تاجير شقة بجوار شقة تحت الاعمار يعتبر غش تجاري و غير اخلاقي و يعتبر العقد شرعا وقانونا باطل

لا انصح احد باستئجار هذه الشقة خلال السنتين القادمتين الاصوات في كل العمارات المجاورة يوجد بها اصوات تركيبات و طرق و تشطيبات مزعجة

It is spacious for a whole family with every facilities needed. The furniture are all modern and clean. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Very noisy at night, using the vehicle specially to cause very loud noise around. The bathroom flushing keeps blocking

I was unable to stay at this property because the host canceled my reservation due to the fact that I was traveling with two more friends, consisting of two girls and one boy. It's important to note that we are all friends and not couples. However, we were informed that, as singles and not married, we were not allowed to stay in this property. This raises the question of whether this is a form of discrimination against singles traveling together. I understand that there may be local laws in Egypt that influence such decisions, but it's essential to consider the perspective of tourists who are not Egyptian and may not be aware of these regulations. Furthermore, this information about discriminations was not prominently displayed; it was only mentioned in the host's information. This makes me wonder if it is reasonable for the "house rules" to be contingent on the host's preferences. I also question whether it aligns with Booking's ethical guidelines to allow hosts that discriminate against certain groups of people. It seems illogical to apply Egyptian rules to foreigners, as global citizens cannot be expected to adhere to the rules of every country they visit. For example, if I were married, would I need my husband's presence or authorization to travel? This appears to be a significant limitation and a potential infringement on personal freedom. While I respect the laws and rules of the countries I visit, I believe it's essential that I am not discriminated against based on rules that specifically pertain to Egyptian citizens, as I am not Egyptian. Travelers should be treated with fairness and respect, irrespective of their marital status or the laws of the host country.

L'appartement est assez bien équipé, dans un beau quartier et calme. Les hotes sont réactifs. Très propres

Il faut payer des frais en plus comme électricité, gaz Nous avons subi une coupure d'eau pendant 3 jours Et la connection internet n'est pas illimité (150 GO par mois, c'est trop peu) donc il faut 150 livre tous les 2 - 3 jours) Quand on est un digital nomad comme moi c'est pas possible

The apartment was in great location close to shops and restaurants, very clean and modern, nora was excellent with communicating and helping in anyway she could before arrival during our stay and on departure definitely will return in the future

The owner didn't support us after a long trip. We almost checked-in at 3PM since we waited for the owner, she strictly made us wait that long with our luggage, and asked us to check-out at 11AM. When we checked-out the next day, we realized that there's a family checking-in at 11 am! And they informed us they didnt reserve a night before, because it was already our room. After all, she literally asked for a high rate on Booking.com! Moreover, its unaccessible location and was hard to find the place. Its not a hotel, just a normal apartment available to rent, so you will not find a hotel sign or anything.

Difficult to find the building at the beginning but our taxi driver asked the security around and we managed to find it.Also lift touch buttons need to press down button for a few seconds register.

The remote controllers were not properly working and the WI Fi ran out of credit so fast

Location was not clear at booking, electricity recharge terrible, the pictures for the flat did not match booking pictures, washing machine was horrible has so much bacteria stuch on it . All appliances need maintance. Curtains was not fixed well
