Fabulous location in the center P-Town and just yards from the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable but a little difficult to get in and out of because of the tight space. The bed frame is a leg bruiser if you’re not careful. The only annoyance is that nearby parking is difficult to find and/or expensive Philippe was very responsive and thoughtful regarding our questions and concerns. We’ll be back!

Great location and space. It was bit chilly but was able to turn on the fire place. Philippe was a great host very responsive. I met some of the neighbors who were very friendly. Location was perfect.

The property has a great floor plan, is light and bright, and has an extremely comfortable king-sized bed. Prior to our arrival we did some grocery shopping, only to discover a K-Coffee Maker after we checked in. Fortunately, there were some K-Cups from prior renters and we then purchased some K-Cups of our own to share with those who follow us; happily making a contribution to the local Food Bank from the half-pound of unopened coffee we had purchased. So, if you like specialty coffee, put this amenity on your list. You can also take advantage of some great coffee shops nearby. Having vacationed in Provincetown over the summers [at times with friends], it had been our desire to visit Provincetown during the off-season. Watching the sunrise from the unit was a real treat, as was sitting in front of the fireplace on the cooler evenings, making our stay even more enjoyable. The washer/dryer and dishwasher are things that not all rental accommodations have, and we did make use of the dryer for the time we encountered rain [we experienced a nor'easter, adding to our wonderful Cape experience], so that is a plus. As to location, you couldn't ask for better. The view of the harbor is spectacular, and the unit is located next to a local independent bookseller which we were happy to support. The unit, being in the heart of town [but feeling isolated] made for some enjoyable strolls to shopping and fine dining. The location of the unit was great for exploring the beaches and some fantastic hiking locations that we discovered and put on our must-do again list. Overall, the unit makes for a great romantic getaway! Philippe is a wonderful host/property owner and great at communicating with us, promptly answering any questions we had. We look forward to staying again.

This private condo was just a few steps from the bay and Commercial street. It was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Phillipe was wonderful and attentive. I will definitely consider staying here again.

It is a lovely condo, with great access to the beach and town. Philippe was a wonderful host with wonderful communication skills. Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. I'd definitely stay there again.

This beachfront condo is clearly loved - it has all the amenities needed for a long term stay including a full kitchen, microwave, washer/dryer and even a dishwasher! Philippe was in touch and we quickly resolved an initial problem with the television cable. Internet access was excellent. We so enjoyed our long walks on the sunny, cold beach and sitting in front of the warm fireplace at night. Thanks Philippe! Mike & Mike

Pierre was very helpful and I had a great visit.

The location of the rental was superb. Once you are there you very rarely need a car. People were very friendly. Recommend Scott’s Cupcakes and Saints and Strangers, a restaurant. The season was closing down however we still found places open. The rental is small but works well for 2 people. The kitchen was well stocked and having a washer dryer was good. We rented bikes when and rain and wind stopped. Went to Martha’s Vineyard one day and rented bikes. Ptown was a great place to be and the rental had the perfect location.

We loved our week in P-town. The condo is small but plenty of room for 2. Wonderful private beach and view. Highly recommend this area. Walking distance to all the fun stuff! Philippe is very helpful. Thank you!

My partner and I have been visiting Provincetown for 30 years. This apartment was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. What was listed was what we got -clean, well furnished, all in a great East End location. Philippe was responsive and attentive. Highly recommended. Alphonse & Bob Boston

This property was perfect for what my Husband and I were looking for. A relaxing beach front vacation with great restaurants . . Philippe was extremely responsive, answered all our questions . The condo had everything we needed . The bed was so comfortable, just like my mattress at home ! We would definitely book again.🤗

Lovely set-up in the apartment, was so happy to have everything available in the kitchen to cook when wanted, but our most favorite features of the property was the location (steps from the beach and from downtown) the fireplace (for those damper, colder nights), and the washer and dryer!

Great beachfront condo! Perfect location and had everything we needed. Philippe was exceptional to deal with especially since we had a last minute travel change and he was extremely accommodating!

Such a comfortable well appointed clean and neat condo right in the middle of the best street in P-town, walked everywhere, Bed was comfortable Fireplace was perfect for quick warm up and regular heater was quite sufficient for the rest of the night. Decor was just right and view was priceless. WiFi was very appreciated to stay in touch. We thank Phillippe for his hospitality and want to return next year.

It was wonderful and would not hesitate to do it again. Everything that was promised was delivered.

Great location,nice beach in back. small,but all i really needed being 1 person.the only thing that could have been better is a queen size bed instead of a king,the bed took the whole room up,couldnt get into the closet easily very tight,had to enter bed from the end,and the only place to put clothes was a dresser/draws in the kitchen. could also use washclothes.still it was a great little hidaway

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Nice outside seating space with easy access to the beach and Commercial Street. Parking was difficult but if you go through town hall you can get a space about .7 miles away for $50 a week. It's one of those places that we loved but don't want anyone to know about so it will always be available when we want to return! ;)
