Ubicato in Fairplay, questo affascinante condominio a 75 € per notte è un eccellente scelta per il tuo prossimopausa. Esposizione a sud est e sud. 2 camere da letto, 1 condominio bagno completo nel cuore di Fairplay che può ospitare 6. Due ampie camere da letto (entrambe con letti matrimoniali) e divano letto con materasso memory foam aggiornato. C'è un bagno completo fornito di sapone, shampoo e balsamo. C'è anche un asciugacapelli e un asse da stiro. Il soggiorno ha un divano e un divano, TV 4k nel soggiorno, TV HD nelle camere da letto, camino elettrico (ottimo per atmosfera e calore extra quando necessario) e una porta scorrevole in vetro scorrevole sul ponte coperto. C'è un tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone e un bar per la colazione con 2 sgabelli. La cucina è fornita di posate, piatti, stoviglie, pentole e padelle e utensili da cucina. Ci sono condimenti di base e anche caffè e tè. La lavastoviglie rende la pulizia un gioco da ragazzi! Naturalmente, c'è un detergente per lavastoviglie e un detersivo per i piatti. L'edificio ha una lavanderia a gettoni (1,75 lavaggi, 1,5 asciugatura, nessun cambio valuta disponibile) e c'è un detersivo per il bucato nella dispensa.

Posizione eccellente per il divertimento estivo durante i Burro Days o altri festival. Tutti i nuovi arredi a gennaio 2019. I spent the summer in Fairplay working on a roadwork project and needed a place to stay. This condo was perfect. Right in the heart of town, walkable to almost every restaurant in town. Very spacious, full kitchen. Was much easier than using a hotel, as I could come and go as I please without having to pack everything up every week. 10/10 would recommend and you can’t beat the price!

The property was clean but I would not call it modern except for the floor. It was comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were dated but very functional. A knife sharpener would help. I was dissappointed there was no grill at the unit but rather at the pool area. The TV was on the side of the sofa and hard to watch.. I did not realize that there was a unit above us which we heard all night as they walked around their unit or took a shower. It was not the most peaceful night. Overall the unit had everything you would need for a weekend stay.

We have stayed in this unit several times. It has everything you need to be comfortable. The fact that we keep coming back shows how well the place is maintained and it is basecamp for fly fishing in the area.

The host was easily accessible and answered us back quickly when we wanted to start our trip a day early. Would rent this property again if in the area.

Easy to access and great communication. Clean and right on the main drag but quiet. Walked a couple blocks to some good eateries. Fairplay was a great location for us to access the Arkansas River and collegiate peaks for hiking and fishing.

Property was just as described and the communication with the owner was great. Brian was very responsive to any questions and check in was very easy. The beds were on the softer side but that’s a personal preference. Overall a good rental experience!

We thought we had rented a non-smoking unit. The moment we walked in the smell of cigarettes hit us in the face. My wife and I are former smokers and are acutely aware of any tobacco smells. We opened all the windows to vent the place but to no avail, we put up with the smell the whole weekend. We had to wash all of the clothes we brought(even the ones we never wore hanging in the closets or in the drawers). It was very disappointing.
Mark, I know this is not your fault. You didn't do it. But your cleaning ladies should have notified you so you can put a warning out to potential renters. In our opinion , the place now needs a "deep" clean including carpets, drapes, shades and maybe some new paint. It really is a bummer someone ruined your place!

Best value in the area
Second time staying this summer. Great location for fly fishing and hiking. Excellent base camp, fully equipped kitchen. The covered patio and grill are great extras. Very comfortable. This is a great place that we will adjust our schedule to be able to book a stay.

Great Communication and Response from Owner
Mark was very easy to work with. He answered questions before we booked and helped work through a couple of glitches during our stay. Fairplay is a quiet little town and within driving distance of hiking, fishing, kayaking, etc...

Great little property!
We only stayed here for about 10hrs, over night on our way through town. The area doesn’t have chain hotels so we leaned on VBRO to find a place to stay.
The condo is exactly as advertised. The kitchen, fridge, and pantry were way better stocked than the last VBRO we stayed at. I was impressed with the quaint little place and will stay here again if in the area!

Pleasantly Surprising Condo
Recently renovated and easy to access location. The condo was a spacious for the size and bedrooms were great for my family. Would be a straight shot to Breck when it comes time to ski. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Checking in was easy, rental was very clean and easy access to stores, reservoirs for fishing and Beautiful Scenery of the mountains I would definitely come back and stay here again.
