Big Parking around the Hotel , amazing spa and very big , great for relaxtion , it is renovated recently , so the spa is also very modern . I highly recommend the spa experience
The room was abit overused , door handles wobely , water in the walk-in shower goes out of the shower immediatly , i had to put 3 towels to prevent overflow , these certain details really made my experience from a 9.5 to a 7

The hotel is clean, comfortable & has excellent resources. In addition, their staff were great. Daniel was particularly impressive. He was helpful, cheerful & nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent.
The tiles around the pools are deadly when wet.

The pool and water slides are big advantage!
Room size is larger compared with other hotels.
We choose a room with a higher price and had to work from the restaurant. We booked apartment because we needed a dedicated space to work , huge disappointment that the wireless was not working in the apartment. And also the AC apparently had an issue (maybe our room was the only one with problem because in the lobby areas the temperature was fine).
Hotel staff was notified but we did not receive any kind of feedback.
