Very new and clean
The pictures make the rooms seem larger than they are!

Complimentary bread, coffee and juice was good. Room was generally clean
The room was smaller than expected. I initially booked the room for 3 people and expected a bigger room. Was only for 2 and only provided 3 single beds. Location is good and bad, bad as its at least 10mins walk to mtr which can be a struggle when its really hot, good - as there are 2 station that you can choose from.
