A really spacious apartment which easily accommodated our party of six. Excellent communication ahead of arrival and on leaving. Although we didn't self-cater, it is certainly very well equipped. The location is great with an U-Bahn stop just the other side of the square, with access to the city centre in minutes. Most definitely a go to for our next trip to Munich.
No downsides. All good :)

Everything was fine. Lots of space, good location. Close to U metro.
Finding the Lock Box was difficult. If you have a vehicle make sure it is a small compact as the parking space is tiny.

Excellent location right next to Josephsplatz U station and a nice playground across the street. Perfect for our group of two families with one young child each. Beautiful apartment, comfy beds, spacious, conveniently right above a grocery store and the kitchen was fully stocked with tableware/cookware. Great to have clothes washer, dryer, and drying rack. Would love to return here.
It took a minute to figure out the stovetop. The corkscrew bottle opener has seen better days. Literally the only negative things I can think of!

Spacious. Clean. Good communication. Location very good: nice neighborhood, close to metro station, supermarket underneath, bakery few minutes away, very good restaurants within 5 minutes ... I would definitely recommend this apartment.
Nothing important. Pillow too soft for me. In the smaller bathroom no possibility to hang your clothes. Fly screens would be nice.
