Pros: Amazing beach views with no direct sun hitting deck. Very spacious condo with super comfortable beds. Cons: Sand sand sand LOL. All the beach gear is kept on the deck so you track sand in constantly. There was sand in the couch when we got there and the floors were not the cleanest. The kitchen only had about 3 glasses and 5 coffee cups, but an abundance of other dishes.

The condo had plenty of room for us to move around. My brother used the kitchen to the fullest. The condo was in a good location to stores and a hand full of local hangouts.

Most of our stay was good, but our condo is in dire need of remodeling. The furniture is old and some of it broken. We did not sit at the dining room table for fear that the chairs would break. The mattresses were way too soft and the master bed was way too high off the ground. The worst part of our week was we couldn’t use the balcony much due to people below us smoking pot on their balcony. Due to all of this we will probably look for another property to stay at next year.
