La cucina adiacente open space è dotata di lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, piastre elettriche, frigorifero, congelatore, macchina Nespresso Latte Macciato. La casa ben isolata è disponibile anche per i giorni più freddi; il nuovo riscaldamento centralizzato a gas e le finestre antieffrazione ben compatte lasciano scaldare la casa. La camera da letto principale è arredata in stile romantico. L'ufficio è dotato di una bella scrivania e di un divano estraibile che offre spazio aggiuntivo per due persone. Camera per bambini con letto a castello. Doccia moderna e servizi igienici. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata.

Everything was perfect. The villa is beautiful, cozy, private, comfortable, clean and had a well equipped kitchen complete with a coffeemaker to make freshly brewed coffee in the mornings. The hosts are simply wonderful. Patricia gave me restaurant and shopping advice that were perfect. The villa is near to everywhere which was perfect as we did not drive more than ten minutes to restaurants, shopping, cafe and bars. It is also just one hour away from Valencia airport. Gabi, the other host was very responsive and paid very good attention to every detail so that our vacation was perfect with heat, electricity and the beautiful and clean pool. The barbecue grill is well designed and heated up very quickly so that i could make a wonderful pork loin for dinner. The villa is fantastic clean rooms and bathrooms and every equipment and furniture was in perfect working order. I did not have to worry about a thing but having a restful and cool vacation. Thanks Patricia and Gabi and i will be back many times in the future. Oh, i loved having private parking for the car. That too was perfect.

A stunning property in a stunning location, Patricia and Gabi were excellent, very helpful and very accommodating. All three rooms were very large and airy, and the AC was most appreciated in the evenings. As advertised all the local amenities were nearby and Denia is a beautiful town, not too touristy, with loads of options for food, drinks and beach.

We had a really lovely stay in this beautiful villa.The layout is great,it had everything we needed and more and was very clean and tidy.We made full use of the pool and barbecue.The location was great for us as we could walk 15 minutes to the supermarket and 45 minutes to a beautiful beach and local area.Patricia our host was so friendly,amenable and helpful,from communications to welcoming us with wine water and fruit.We thank her also for taking and picking us up from the bus stop and taking us shopping.

The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Short driving distance to the center, Marina, supermarkets, etc. We did have a great time at this property. The pool is a bonus. Not too big, not too small. However, the rooms were smaller than how they looked in the pictures, which was disappointing. With a little loving care and maintenance this place could be a gem. The kitchen is scarcely equipped. Guest bedroom needs better bed, mattress and pillows. These comments are just constructive suggestions.
