La tua casa lontano da casa se non siete in spiaggia. Ha tutto il necessario: cucina completamente attrezzata, 3 televisori a schermo piatto, internet, dvd blu ray, sedie a sdraio. ombrelloni, asciugamani e accessori da spiaggia / giocattoli in modo che non dovete portare tutta quella roba con voi. Il dicembre 2018 ha appena acquistato un nuovo letto king size per la camera da letto anteriore e le piastrelle in gres porcellanato Coastal sono state installate a maggio 2019 sui piani del condominio.
Per mantenere la bellezza di Sandy Shores, giugno 2019 abbiamo appena terminato un rinnovamento di 1,5 milioni di dollari.
Cancellazione: una volta effettuata la prenotazione se cancellata più di 60 giorni prima dell'arrivo, l'unica commissione sarà di $ 300. 00. Eventuali cancellazioni ricevute 60 giorni e fino all'arrivo non sono rimborsabili al 100%.
Dopo il 1 maggio 2019 non sono ammessi animali domestici. Lo statuto dell'edificio è stato modificato. Scusa, non quello che volevo.
Preferisci se desideri prenotare da sabato a sabato poiché la maggior parte degli ospiti prenota quindi a causa del programma di lavoro delle vacanze. Altrimenti stai perdendo 2 settimane e il saldo delle 2 settimane è difficile da prenotare. Grazie mille per la comprensione.

My family and I had the most amazing time staying at sandy shores in Crystals place. The location couldn't have been any more perfect- right on the beach and right across the street to all the food and shops your heart desires. The condo was more than sufficiently stocked with everything you could need, including all beach accessories and a ton of travel sized hygiene products. Being on the first floor also was fantastic as we had quick and easy access to downstairs. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had the most amazing time staying at sandy shores in Crystals place. The location couldn't have been any more perfect- right on the beach and right across the street to all the food and shops your heart desires. The condo was more than sufficiently stocked with everything you could need, including all beach accessories and a ton of travel sized hygiene products. Being on the first floor also was fantastic as we had quick and easy access to downstairs. We will definitely be back!

Our stay here was fantastic. Right on the beach, close to St.Johns Pass and other shopping centers. Crystal, the owner was the sweetest person to talk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Love the Sandy Shores condo property, but our unit was disappointing. Floors were very dirty... needed mopping. Unit was outdated and furnishings were worn.

Only problem we ran into was getting quarters to do laundry. Stores weren’t making change due to a change shortage- bring some quarters with.

We stayed for the first time at this condo. The condo was very nice, clean, filled with everything you need. The location is literally across from John's Pass, which makes it a prime local, the pool is fantastic, the beach is wonderful, and I loved everything about this place. I will definitely be rebooking here next time we stay.

Well Deserved Vaca
This property is well located across the street from John's Pass Village. You dont have to drive there, just walk under the bridge! The condo is very clean except for the folded up blanket in the master closet. It was unknowingly filled with beach sand. I had just showered, applied lotion, and covered myself with the blanket and was turned into a sugar cookie! Two comfortable double beds in one bedroom and king in the 2nd BR. The kitchen is fully stocked with the exception of paper towels - none, and one dish towel, dish rag for the week. I registered 4 adults but only me and my sister slept there. One set of towels per person per week so pack your own. It is wonderful to have a fully stocked kitchen. No ice maker, so buy a bag. There is no smoking on this property but I found smoked cigarette butts in the bottom of the kitchen waste bucket - outside of the plastic bag. I cleaned it and lysol sprayed the stinky pantry. I loved the condo. The pool water was HOT! I pool hopped all of these pools while in junior high and high school in the summer and the pools were cool and refreshing. I guess hotter summers affected the pool temps. The shower is delightfully cool. We will definitely book again. The owner is very easy to work with. One suggestion, elevator code, press digits THEN press the UP button. You won't have to call owner for instructions.

We had a great time walking the beach each morning, and swimming after lunch.
The property was good. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, which we did because of the Corona Virus. Our only complaint was the floor; it was so dirty that we had to wash our feet every night before going to bed.

Best location and pool area on Madeira Beach
The two best things about this property are it’s location, on the beach and directly across the street from John’s Pass, and its pool area, which is beautiful, capacious and has nice areas in the shade to eat. Plus clean, commercial grills.

"The Palm Tree Hideaway"
Great experience !! Just like home. Nice TV's in every room. Very clean and everything you might need for a time away. Most importantly, the owner could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Crystal was awesome. Would stay at her place again...💖�

Best vacation yet.
I'm going start with Crystal is the most attentive host we have ever had. She call on our way down just to see how our trip was going. My family was arriving late, see went in and turned our A/C on and turned lights on. We felt so welcome. She called a cpl days in to see if we needed any thing. I adore this lady and strongly recommend this condo. It felt like home away from home. Thank you for everything Crystal.

a beautiful beach
The property had recently been renovated, very pretty. A little mix-up on my part, thought it was ocean front, just a small ocean view from balcony, but, again, the unit was perfect inside. Crystal was easy to get hold of, had an issue with the internet and tv being out when we arrived, not her fault, she got it resolved, and the a/c unit had a leak which was finally resolved. All in all, a very nice vacation, and crystal seems like a wonderful person!

Easy beach access
Let me start by saying my negative review has nothing to do with the property owner, Crystal is very personable and accommodating. Location is great if you are looking for easy access to restaurants, shopping and water activities, not a good location if you prefer not to be on a crowded beach as property is next to a public beach access. When I search for property I always put in beach front and view, this property is a side unit and does not have a beach view, unless you stand in the corner of the balcony, this was very disappointing to me, my family and I only get one vacation a year, I like to be able to sit in the living room and look at the ocean, I should have ask more questions. so that's a lesson learned. The last day of vacation we couldn't use the the pool because about 12 couples checked in, they were drinking, loud and took over the shallow end of the pool, where the kids swim, again this is out of the property owners control.. Condo is in need of a deep cleaning and new living room furniture. On a more positive note, being on the 1st floor was great. easy beach and pool access. Crystal has everything you need to enjoy the beach. chairs, cooler, toys and beach towels. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need.

Best Vacation Ever!
I cannot say enough about Crystal and her condo that we stayed in for our yearly week long get together. The condo is absolutely stunning and had everything we needed to make our stay a success. The balcony gets an ocean breeze 24/7, the AC was so refreshing after a long day at the beach and/or the pool. The beds were so comfy! That's not always the case, but Crystal has made sure you feel at home and comfortable. Crystal checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and even texted to let me know they were having a movie night on the beach right up the street from us. Having the legendary John's Pass with all its shops and eateries directly across the street was icing on the cake. Thank you Crystal!See you again soon.
