The location of the property is amazing. We enjoyed the sea and beach views and sunrise from the balcony. The property had sufficient sleeping capacity and overall the experience was good. Two things we did not like: (1) the bathrooms did not have shampoo and body wash gel; interestingly, two bathrooms did not have even a provision to keep shampoo and body wash box that we bought. (2) the two floors of the property are not interconnected. When we needed to move form from top floor to ground floor, we need to go out of the building; it was difficulty when it was raining.

The house is well located and well equipped with a well set up kitchen for cooking simple or more complex meals and a pantry with many of the basics in stock. It is a simple and easy property to spend holiday time in and well located within easy walking distance of the beach. The upstairs bedrooms and living area are all comfortable and well presented. There were great instructions around the house about the property, how to access the beach, how to use equipment etc.
The only disappointment was the musty smell in the downstairs living/bedroom area. We understand from reading information in the house that there is a damp problem on the ground floor of all the properties in the street and that al bedding etc is this area is new. It is unfortunate as it does make that area of the house unpleasant to spend time in.
