I had an absolutely amazing 1-night stay here! The panoramic views of the misty mountains and surrounding greenery from the room were breathtaking. The room itself was incredibly cozy, beautifully designed with wooden interiors, and very clean. The outdoor swimming pool with a mountain backdrop was perfect for relaxing. A huge thumbs up to the chef for the delicious food and the entire staff for their exceptionally warm and professional hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ella!

L’emplacement avec vue incroyable sur le monastère, la piscine, le jardin et ses plantations de thé, le personnel adorable et hyper attentionné et la proximité d’Ella : top l’ambiance le soir à 10 mn en tuk tuk

The family room was a good size with beautiful views up the mountains. The staff were always smiling and friendly.
The hotel was dirty especially the floor in the dining room. There was no soap, toilet roll or towels in our room until we asked. Staff were very friendly but the breakfast was very disappointing. We watched the plates and glasses being rinsed, not washed and as a result, most of our plates were dirty. Both bathrooms stank of sewage.
