Great location with fantastic balcony views particularly from the top floor of the apartment block. Has great staff, bar with fabulous views and reasonably well stocked and priced.
Not much to dislike. Needs a bit of TLC in places and the van with the old furniture on would be better with just a tarpaulin thrown over it to disguise it until it’s removed but it really didn’t bother me.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden.
Die Panini im Bistro sind extrem lecker und die Preise fair.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher einfach aber und hat nichts gefehlt und es war sehr lecker.
Die Lage ist einfach top! Direkt am Wasser, nur ein paar Meter zum Strand und tolle Aussicht vom Balkon.

Parkplatzsituation katastrophal!
Die Lage - zu Fuß 1:40 h in die Stadt, nicht mal ein Restaurant in der Nähe,
Zimmer - kein TV, Schrank, Tisch, Stuhl alles defekt
Defekte Duschwand, sehr dreckige Waschbecken und Von den Amaturen reden wir mal garnicht.
Aber war für den Preis zu erwarten

"La struttura è posizionata direttamente sul lago a pochi chilometri a nord di Malcesine. C'è il posto auto (e, considerato che siamo sul Lago di Garda non è poco). Ottima posizione per chi vuole visit..."
