Location amazing.
Really good and attentive communication with our host, Ferran. The ‘information pack’ was a big help.
Nothing specific but a bit more attention to detail in the property would have changed the rating.

no breakfast included but location was perfect !
the stairs leading up to the apartment especially when you have to carry suitcases.
works were being undertaken for the installation of a lift so this will be an immense improvement to the building making access to floors easier.

Very good location. Close to lots bars restaurants and the Roman sites. Nice and clean and a lot of extras provided. No parking in old town but parking very close by 4.50 for 24 hours. We were aware of this

Great location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and shops, I really like the decorations around the apartment.
Bonus it has washing machine, sometimes that is hard to find.

In the old town
It was on the 3rd floor of very steep stairs with no lift. No mention of this on the site or when booking. Not suitable for old people or people with weight or fitness problems

Superb location in centre of historic town, near historic sites, several bars and bus stop to the fishing port. A very well equipped flat, clean, nicely decorated. Comfortable. The public car parking was convenient and cheap.
The 51 steps, steep and uneven, not at all suitable for people with any mobility problems eg arthritis, COPD etc

Acommodation in the center of historic district. Very close to the beach and all objects worth to see
Apartment was very clean and cosy.
Owners were very friendly and helpfull.

accommodation in the historic city center. beautifully equipped house, clean everywhere and communication with the owner without any problems. I highly recommend

Location excellent. The facilities are good and comfortable with the exceptions noted later. Communications with host were very responsive and meeting with representative to get keys good. There are two very good restaurants close to the property.
The advertisement says there is a 24 hour front desk, a tour desk and a restaurant - there are none.
It does indicate that it is an upper floor accessible by stairs with no elevator. It does not indicate that it is completely unsuitable for those with mobility problems or indeed very difficult for elderly people. There are 50 steep steps over 4 flights which are a severe challenge even without bags.
The shower outlet does not cope with the inflow of water with the consequence that the basin overflows for the shortest shower.
The main bedroom window does not have a curtain which excludes light - we had to hang a towel over it.
The main door lock is faulty - one had to fiddle for quite a while to get it to work. Even the lady meeting us had trouble with it.
