Due condomini di livello superiore di nuova costruzione nel 2012 e due condomini di livello inferiore di nuova costruzione nel 2019. QUESTA UNITÀ È UN'UNITÀ DI LIVELLO SUPERIORE (UNITÀ A). Ogni unità può ospitare 8 persone con 2 bdrm 2 unità bagno completo e attracco gratuito (fino a 35 'barca). Le unità superiori hanno un grande ponte schermato e le unità inferiori hanno terrazze in cemento e un prato con vista sul bellissimo West Harbour. L'impostazione è su un tranquillo porto turistico circondato da quartieri amichevoli e sicuri ea pochi passi da ristoranti. Ottimo per famiglie, amici e gruppi di pescatori. Le carte da pesca sono disponibili anche fuori dalla porta! Le unità di livello inferiore sono accessibili ai disabili. La lavatrice / asciugatrice potrebbe essere disponibile a seconda delle unità prenotate. Stiamo anche aprendo una nuova area bar sul lungomare all'aperto nella primavera del 2019 che sarà un ambiente modesto con musica dal vivo occasionale. Ogni anno, il sabato successivo al 4 luglio, ospitiamo un "Harbour Bash" per la marina e i quartieri circostanti con band dal vivo fino alle 17: 00-11: 00 pm. We had the perfect stay. Everything was exactly as listed. Host was wonderful and location was beautiful.

The condo was impeccably clean and nicely furnished and appointed. The water view was lovely, especially sunrise (we weren’t there for sunset). But the unit’s location directly over a bar with happy revelers and live music spoiled the experience for me. The listing says the bar is low key. That may be true sometimes, and the term is relative, but not the weekend we stayed with nice weather—it was buzzing from afternoon to almost midnight. The listing also says the live music is occasional. The mid-September weekend when we visited had different bands performing just below our window (upstairs, unit A) Friday evening, Saturday afternoon, Saturday evening, and Sunday afternoon. To me, this was constant, not occasional. I like bars, drinks, and I like music, but I also like to go “home” to relative peace and quiet. I wanted to sit in the lovely screened porch and gaze at the water, but the circumstances were not suited for that. If you want a party scene, go on a warm weekend. But I would only return on a weekday. Bree, the host, was wonderful, and the unit was great, and I wish I could give more stars, but I cannot.
