Cozy and comfortable and had pretty much all the basic things you’d need for a short stay. Super responsive host: in fact host shared a document ahead of time with all info I'd possibly need including how to turn on hot water, how to use the keys to open the building doors, etc.
It’s a little bit far from the city center although there are good bus and trolley options to get in quickly.

The owners were super helpful throughout our stay. They communicated amazingly and made sure the apartment had everything and more during our visit to Athens. The apartment was REALLY clean too which I have to commend them greatly for. It's also located close to bus stops that allow easy commutes to different parts of the city.
Unfortunately the apartment didn't cool too well in the Athens summer heat. Even with the AC running almost 24/7, the living room area didn't feel cool and the kitchen area and bathroom were extra hot after preparing a simple breakfast or taking a shower...

"Modern apartment, clean and located in a quiet area. A bus number 35 stops a few steps next to the apartment and takes you directly to Monastiraki, or to Gazi, if you want to check out the best night..."
