Very low price.
Good location, 10 minutes walk (with roof) to town center.
Spacious apartment.
Cheap restaurants close by.
Cheap laundries close by.
Some insect invasion, but not too much and easily manageable with poison.
Some broken things: leaking kettle, wardrobe.
Only a few dishes and cutlery.
Strong smell in the walkthrough at ground level, but passable.
Too few places to store clothes, food etc.
No heating for cold days.
