Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, nous avions une voiture donc c'était facile, la vue, la structure de la maison, la tranquillité. Il y avait beaucoup de couvertures, de serviettes de bain. la maison est accueillante pour les animaux, elle avait un lit pour chien, mon chien était très content

Les lits étaient horribles, le lit double était de travers, le canapé lit était inconfortable et dur, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude pour les douches, nous avons dû dormir sans prendre de douche car l'eau n'était pas chaude, la réception ne l'a pas fait. Je ne nous ai pas donné de consigne pour mettre la poubelle, nous avons dû demander aux voisins, les toilettes avaient une mauvaise odeur qui revenait comme si il fallait la réparer, même la chasse d'eau sentait mauvais. Nous avons payé cher et ils voulaient quand même que nous nettoyions l'appartement et payions plus pour un autre nettoyage.

the location is great, there is a big balcony and it is just next to Boisson Glacier!!! the apartment has a small kitchen and it's a big plus!

Well, the apartment is pretty far from the key office but it is a direct road :) and that fact that you should return the key before leaving and as we left at 4 am we need to make a hook to the office before getting to the bus station (luckily it is not far from Flixbus station) please note there is a train going near the house))

Everything was as expected. Easyness of settling in, clarity of explanation from the agency, location in Chamonix, view of Mont Blanc.

Nothing to complain about. Really good value for money.
