Overall cleanliness of the room including linen was good.
Website states tea making facilities but no clear instructions in the room. On arrival had to ask for tea/coffee, then go from the ground floor to the second floor (no lift) to use a kettle shared by other guests. No cups in the room. It’s not an issue but if we had known that we had to supply our own water, milk powder & spoon then we would have been prepared for it. Clear instructions to use own water, milk & spoon/stirrer would be really helpful. Leave tea/coffee & cups in the room. Have already shared this with owners via WhatsApp but nil response.
