Staff and facility
The hotel is located in a very restricted area (embassies compund) where I faced alot of inconvenience and harrasements due to army check points. Highly not recommended for families and those who are looking for a piece of mind vacation. I balme booking.com as well for not being clear about what they are lisiting on thier site. I wonder if this hotel will have any booking if they make it clear to travelers that you need to pass through army checkpoints every time you leave or come back to the hotel. Issue is escalated to booking and Marriot for full refund but no reply yet....

the terrace
the apartment was worn out. the mattress is worn out. so many spots and stains on the sofa. the fridge smelled really bad, the terrace wasn’t cleaned for 3 days until I complained. the bathroom had hair and wasn’t thoroughly cleaned the following day. they need better maintenance and change the mattress.
