Very comfortable beds and furniture. You can relax and watch marine life (ie. Sea Turtles, Dolphin, bait fish, Birds) from the comfort of your terrace. If the weather isn't perfect you have all the entertainment in front of you without leaving your condominium. Very conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. We will certainly return to this unit next year.

Beautiful, clean condo overlooking the gulf. The balcony was a great place to watch boats and the occasional sea turtle or dolphin! It’s a quick drive to a variety of restaurants and activities or an easy walk to the beach. Nice pool and hot tub as well. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare home cooked meals. Highly recommend this property!

So, our overall experience was great. The listing was as specified and the view was great. This was our 3rd year going to Destin for our family vacation and each year we have stayed somewhere different. This was by far the best VRBO property we stayed at so far and will definitely try to stay here again, if its available. We had a couple minor issues when we arrived but the property manager and owner were quick to get people out to have repairs made. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a really nice place for a resonable cost. Well worth the money.

I don’t think you can get a better view! Spent every night on the balcony & viewed the amazing sunsets! How I miss that! Condo was spacious & Clean with a washer/dryer in unit. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, cups & utensils. It’s a quiet building & area in general. The water taxi was $8.00 a person to literally take you on a 30 sec trip one way to the boardwalk. It was a bit of a walk to get there too. Took us longer to get to water taxi then the taxi ride. Lol. Uber is definitely cheaper. There is a nearby beach within walking distance. If you need low wave activity it’s the beach for you. We have older kids who wanted to do boogie boarding so we had to drive to other beaches to get that. There are jetties in the opposite direction as well. We did not experience those so no comment. Parking was easy. Never had a issue finding a spot. They have a pool & hot tub with a little beach in front but no easy access to the ocean. The boardwalk, restaurants & other activities are a close car ride away.
We had a low amount of towels upon check in. I called the office & it was rectified promptly. I guess the count was not done prior to check in.
My only advice to make the stay perfect would be higher quality sheets, they were just above hospital grade, & with a family of 6 for over a week two trash bags just was not enough. 1-2 more bags would have sufficed. The balcony floor is also in need of repair.
All in all we would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, unit was fully equipped and beautiful. Only issue was a broken toilet in master bath, but was repaired immediately. And beach wasn't as easy to walk to, but condo accommodations made up for it. Would definitely return

The double queen bed base is missing bolts, it fell apart when my 2yr old kids got on it. The ceiling fan in double queen bed room was very loose, the blade were very close to hitting ceiling when turned on. Garbage disposal kitchen sink did not work, clogs a lot. Master bathroom toilet was not secured to floor properly. Master bathroom tub shower wand does not work. Various other little things broken. Rooms were dirty found belongings from last guest under beds. Wash the sheets because they had stains from last guest, that came out when we washed them. Seems like they don’t clean the condo after guest.

POSITIVES: The condo was beautiful. It was nice and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and serving. Everything was nicely decorated. The view was incredible, walk to the beach wasn't bad. Building was very quiet.
NEGATIVES: The master bed was hard as a rock. The sheets in the bedrooms were very cheap, scratchy, and stiff. It made sleeping very unrestful. I contacted the manager requesting better quality sheets and the first response I received was that they had never heard this before, and offered no solution. When I answered back asking if there was nothing they would do to resolve this, I was told I could go buy reasonably priced sheets and they would reimburse me. The toilet in the master bathroom is not securely set. It wiggles and moves around. We could not get the whirlpool tub to work. There was a piece missing off of it, so I'm not sure if that's what we needed to turn it on. I contacted the manager asking for instructions and received no response. That was very disappointing. The hot tub at the building was not hot, so it was not working properly either. It was the same temperature as the pool. The bathtub and the hot tub not working were a big negative for us as they are on our must have list when looking for a rental. So, if I had known they weren't usable, I would have found another property.

We absolutely loved staying here. The location was excellent. There is a Target and Winn-Dixie right up the road to get groceries. We used the balcony everyday for different meals and daily dolphin watching. The boats go in and out from the Harborwalk which made for never ending things to watch. The views were incredible. Everyone we met in the building was extremely nice. There are two beaches within walking distance that have water access. Quiet area with not a lot of traffic. We will definitely be going back to this specific place - we fell in love with it!

This place is spectacular! The location is perfect for incredible views of the jetties complete with lots of dolphins, birds, and the emerald water views. Beautiful sunset views. We did deal with days of loud balcony construction on the condo below but thankfully, the weather was nice and we left to enjoy Destin's beaches each day. The property was beautifully designed, decorated, and furnished and provided plenty of high quality, comfortable seating for everyone. Bring or buy your own chairs for the condo's beach.

This property was amazing!! The pictures don't do it justice.... Got the check-in instructions via email and all info was included, gate code, building code, door code... I checked in around 4:30 right when the sun was setting.... What a beautiful site from the door...
Was on the secluded side of the Destin bridge which is what I was looking for. If your looking for on beach access then this isn't for you. This one has the small private beach as advertised. The beach is a few miles across the bridge where I got married 6 years a ago myself. This was the perfect place for me and I really enjoyed the serenity. I had my breakfast every morning on the balcony watching the dolphins, turtles and ships go by... Then enjoyed the sunsets...
The one restaurant I made time for was Louisiana Lagniappe... It was wonderful.... Me and the wife loved the place and will be back!

I can’t say enough about this place. It’s so incredibly beautiful. The view, WOW!! You could just spend all day on the huge balcony watching the boats go by. And the sea life….we even saw Manatees swim by, so amazing. This was our family of five’s first visit to Destin and I can’t wait to come back. The nightlife is limited in Destin, but the white sand beaches and clear warm water made up for it. With water like that, there’s no need to go to the Caribbean, it’s that beautiful. The unit is awesome. Really nice kitchen and a full size washer and dryer which made coming home a little easier when all your clothes are clean. My only negative would be the walk to the beach. From the pictures it looks as if it’s just a short walk down by the water, which is not the case. You need to go in front of the building and walk the sidewalk next to the road to get to the water. It’s really not that big of a deal, but I just thought you’d be able to walk the area by the water to get to the beach area. All the buildings have all these fences and gates up preventing that, which is a shame. Overall the place is awesome, amazing, beautiful and the unit it really, really spacious. I could literally live there forever. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place! Furnished very comfortably. The location and views are priceless! We saw more dolphins than we ever would have guessed. Watching the pelicans and cormorants dive for food is also extremely entertaining. We even had a few manatee swim by. The views from this apartment are nothing short of spectacular.

We were pleased with condo, a couple of things to note, sheets on all beds need to be replaced, blankets for each bed, new coffee maker, salt & pepper shakers, filters for coffee pot and kitchen hand towels & dish cloths.
The view was wonderful.

This condo is very spacious with the most gorgeous views of the harbor going out into the gulf, we saw lots of boats, dolphins & even a sea turtle. We will definitely stay here again. My only complaints are that you cannot turn the air conditioner below 70 & we had to go buy 2 frying pans because their’s were so bad we wouldn’t use them.

This condo has it all. The views from the balcony are outstanding and the interior is beautiful. We saw lots of turtles, manatees, fish and several dolphins. Holiday Isle is a quiet area and we are looking to return again in 2023.

The condo was great! Very spacious & clean!! The tv in the bedroom with two beds didn’t work😔. The beach access was not explained. We thought we were on the beach & not in a large sand box! Wasn’t able to walk to the beach! Otherwise!! We enjoyed each other!

Had one small issue getting into the gate one evening but it was worked out quickly. We loved our stay. The view was amazing. One evening we saw a manatee swimming by. The next we saw sea turtles. Very pleasant atmosphere.

The rental process was easy, the codes to get in the property was precise. The 10 o’clock check out time was too early. We were rushing around to get all our stuff out for that time. The entire condo was fantastic. Plenty of space for all of us! The view every day was great! Although there were no fireworks as I hoped there would be for our group (Grandchildren). We certainly are entertaining the idea of booking for next year’s vacation.

Overall we would stay again but know more what to expect (and not expect). The condo was a great place to hang out and if you don’t care about catching waves then it’s an ideal place to sit and look at the ocean.

Everything was near by and saw dolphin every morning during our stay as well tortoise and sting ray from 6th floor, water was that clear. Most of all apartment had all basic things to go relax in beach like umbrella, chairs, toys to play in sand, snorkeling gears etc. These props made us stay in beach for longer and soak in sun.

We absolutely enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the wildlife, boats and sunsets. With the sound of the ocean and the fresh breeze, it is so relaxing and rejuvenating. Excellent amenities, comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of seating for relaxing and visiting. Convenient location and easy parking too.

One if the nicest places I have ever stayed! Beautiful unit througout. Dolphin views every morning from balcony made our trip. Everything you could need for the beach already there, just bring towels. Great location and great amenities, something for the whole family to enjoy. Definitely will stay again!
