Le splendide viste panoramiche sul Golfo dalla camera da letto principale, dalla zona giorno e dall'ampio balcone, nonché la divertente decorazione della spiaggia con piastrelle in tutto rendono questo condominio di 1.675 piedi quadrati, tre camere da letto, due bagni all'ottavo piano il preferito dall'affittuario.
La cucina completamente attrezzata comprende fabbricatore di ghiaccio, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. I servizi extra della cucina rendono facile cucinare un rilassante pasto in famiglia o per intrattenere gli ospiti con un pasto gourmet. Altre caratteristiche includono soffitti di 9 piedi nel soggiorno e nella sala da pranzo, ventilatori a soffitto, riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata e un ampio bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio, doccia separata in vetro separata, doppio lavabo e un sacco di spazio nell'armadio. This is a very nice condo. We notified the office that the sliding glass door in the bedroom would not open, the shower fan did not work and the bathroom light did not work. There was a large patch of drywall pudding next to the toilet. We were told maintenance would be by to fix these items. no one ever came

The condo we were suppose to rent was sold a week prior to our arrival, however, Angela (Manager/ARONOV) completely took care of us and placed us in 801W. Spectacular views, super nice condo with everything you would need for relaxing and enjoying your vacation! The condo was nicely decorated, clean and well maintained with a nice set of balcony furniture to relax and enjoy the views! The entire complex and ground areas are very well maintained. We had no issues whatsoever and also covered reserved parking was a plus with this condo. We really enjoyed our stay and will definately be back for our next trip!

We had the perfect vacation in Orange Beach at this unit! It had beautiful views, was close to everything-restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. They had three different pools that never had more than 10-12 people in them at a time. It was absolutely paradise to stay here and we will rent again!

We love the Seachase complex and have been staying here for a few years. We decided to rent a different condo with needing more space for our older children and their friends. This specific condo was very spacious, beautifully decorated and the large balcony and its views were wonderful. However, there are a few significant issues that need to be addressed. There is a mold/mildew issue that is very apparent upon entering the master bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom door had visible signs of mildew along with the ceiling in the bedroom. The guest bath had the same issue. Mold all over the shower curtain and in the crevices of the shower. After having used this shower the floor was completely wet as the exhaust fan doesn’t work properly. Also, the water heater for this unit is way too small. We have been renting condos for years and have never seen such a small one for a condo. At least 2-3 of our group would have a cold shower every night. The master bath toilet paper holder has been pulled out of the wall and hanging by a thread. I am not one to complain, but I really feel these issues need to be addressed.
