We had an excellent stay at the condo. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed.
Great communication. Very secure. You have the convenience of the resort beach and restaurants right there if you don't feel like going far.
I'd stay there again for sure.

We loved our stay! Beautiful setup, great communication with host. Lovely neighbors. The pools and hot tub were great - our host had beach towels for us. Close to the rainforest and quick drive to the ocean. Lounge chairs are provided at the ocean, restrooms and shower at the pool on the ocean. Can’t wait to return

The place was simply awesome! The unit was as described and we had no issue communicating with the owner. What distinguishes this unit from my prior Wyndham stays, is the fact one has a 180 degree view of Puerto Rico, from the Yunque mountain range to the beach and everything the resort has to offer in between.

It was a great place except for that the water kept going in and out. I call the owner Marcia Robinson. She was very con concerned about the problem, but her hands were tied. Water Company problem. She told me that I can leave and that I would get a refund. I had to leave a day early. No refund yet When I left the water was gone. Tried cleaning the best as possible. But every time I communicated with Marcia Robinson she always responded. If it wasn't for the water problem we would've had a great vacation We left and stayed with family on the other side of the island But still no refund?

We loved our stay at this villa and will be back. Or favorite way to spend time there was sitting on the barstools on the lanai in the afternoon. The villa had everything we needed and the host was responsive/excellent communication.

Resort and villa was beautiful. Minor things in the villa like no blinds on big windows and no shower curtain got water everywhere. Otherwise property manager was easy to get a hold of for things like toilet paper and garbage bags,

We were so happy we were able to find this beautiful condo -we go to PR a lot as we have family there but the Rio Mar hotel was full —But to our surprise we felt it was even better than staying at the hotel -beautiful view, quiet, relaxing and allowed us to eat there many times without spending the huge hotel restaurant expenses-we felt totally at home and totally relaxed -we loved it -and can’t wait to return.

Definitely need a car to drive to the ocean, also to the hotel restaurants. You have to pay to park at the hotel, so we ate mostly off the resort at a few local restaurants we found. Wish there was a packet if information left in the condo. Tickets to the rainforest were sold out for the whole week. Also, the ferry to Culebra island was sold out. Also- Jeep or UTV rentals on the island after we flew there.

Beautiful and airy .
Simple decor..relaxing..everything we needed was supplied for us. The security within this resort was top notch. Everyone was soo helpful. A quick 6 min drive to restaurants.
Beach..town... The ownercwas here to greet us and show us around of must knows in the villa . Would definitely look up the availability of this property if ever back here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. This property is well equipped and clean. It is a great location for a couple to enjoy the Rio Grande area. The ocean is seen in the distance from the balcony. The beach is a half mile away, and it is good for walking. The pool down there is great, too. The property was a good value, although cabinets, hardware, etc. need updating. Host was helpful and responsive.

We loved everything about our stay in Rio Mar. The security gates made us feel safe. The grounds were very well maintained. Short distance to the pool and beach. The beach was lovely with lounge chairs. Mini mart close by for groceries and restaurants close by also. Loved listening to the coqui frog sing at night with the patio doors open. If you want a relaxing vacation in a beautiful destination, this is the location for you.

The property was just like she listed. It is absolutely beautiful and clean. She answered all of our questions when we needed something. The private beach is great. Not alot of people and the pool and hot tub were nice as well.

Close to the rear exit of the property which allowed for easy access to off-property restaurants. activities, etc. Fall asleep to the sounds of the coqui frogs in the back garden, and awake to the sounds of the birds starting their day.
Just be aware that this place is really not equipped for cooking. You may be able to crank out a simple breakfast, but that is it. No toaster?
