Very comfortable bed
Our stay was incredibly noisy. We still heard lots of voices past 10.30 at night and again very early the next morning. It kept us awake

they could offer a shuttle service to the melrose arch ( for safety)

Nice location . Across road into Melrose arch loads of restaurants . Very secure .we loved Paul’s for coffee and cake .

From check-in, everything was seamless. The ladies at the front desk even managed to pull a surprise Birthday cake for my partner last minute. Which I truly appreciated and my partner loved it.

Rooms were beautiful and clean.
Food was amazing and prices were reasonable. Staff was super friendly.
Easily accessible parking
No proper heating. Shower wasn't great..water from shower head was a bit uneven. I also missed that it was apartment style..I didn't like having to go outside to get to reception and dining area.. that's on me though

The place is in a good location next to Melrose arches and the studio is great for a few days stay

Room might have been a tad bigger but nice and comfy.
No glasses to drink wine, juice or water. I could not use glassware from the bathroom

Streaming service and comfortablle bed
Forgot my gown in the bathroom, reported it to the hotel and still no response . Very dissapointing

Very very noisy, my room was located above the restaurant and music was incredibly loud till late. I could also hear the reception staff laughing and talking. Not a nice experience at all. Restaurant was extremely busy at breakfast. Overall not a nice experience at all compared to other hotels we stayed in that week.

Prime location was a plus breakfast options were also great. First impression of corridors leading to rooms is definitely not a great one but rooms were comfy but light is not great and so is the city view rooms since it's really a residential building and nothing more.
