Kiawah Island è conosciuta per la sua bellezza naturale, la spiaggia di sabbia bianca lunga 10 miglia e una serie di servizi. Situata in posizione strategica vicino al campo da golf di Turtle Point e al centro da tennis Roy Barth, questa villa al piano superiore con 2 camere da letto è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2015. Gli aggiornamenti includono una nuova cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di fascia alta, bei pavimenti in legno, mobili personalizzati e ripiani in granito. Tutti i nuovi mobili e i televisori a schermo piatto completano l'aggiornamento.
Il piano luminoso open space scorre proprio sul grande portico privato schermato. Gran parte del tempo sarà dedicato a questo ampio portico, accessibile dal soggiorno, dalla zona pranzo e dalla camera da letto principale. La camera da letto principale offre un letto king size e un bagno privato con doppio lavabo e combinazione doccia / vasca. La camera degli ospiti è arredata con 2 letti queen size. Per comodità, la villa comprende una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size e WiFi.

Nice small 2 bedroom. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Good location for the price. Even though no passes for Kiawah activists we did not feel limited. Beach, fishing, great restaurants. Had a great time. The staff was helpful and responded quickly when the guard gate misplaced our parking passes.

Close to trails, close to beach, close to market, close to bike rental close to Sanctuary but totally private. Perfect weather, wide wonderful beach,super seafood. Who could ask for more?

Overall we had a great stay. The space was perfect for my family of four. We cooked every night and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The beach was about 3-5 minutes away riding bikes. We were unable to connect to the internet when we first arrived but the management company very quickly contacted the owners and provided us with updated access information. Some of the lines were a bit stained and the bed in the master bedroom was extremely squeaky/noisy when rolling over in bed or even moving a bit.
