Apartment itself was very nice, the bed was comfortable and it was very spacious.

On arrival we were met with several cockroaches on the bed in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The kitchen isn’t really a kitchen, it just has a microwave and stove which makes it very limited to what you can cook especially when most things in the supermarkets on site require an oven, it’s located on a main road meaning almost everything around you need a taxi for.

Interior is messed up, worn out upholstery, bathroom is not clean and is smelly did not even have chairs for a family of four. It was not worth the try and I’m very disappointed

The place and facility is OK.

The person in charge requested a deposit of RM200 which is refundable within 24 hours. Howeve, she never answer my call and I still have not received the deposit as promised within 24 hours after check out. If you don't want to entertain your guest and find it difficult to refund the deposit, please don't ask for the deposit. Stupid!.

Aircond rosak ke apa. Panas. Remote aircond for master bed x berfungsi. Line internet & wifi very slow.

The location is good. Nearby to LRT, but the walk way (steel stairs to road) is dark at night.

First, they gave a dirty unit with smelly pillow and oily kitchen floor. After I complained, on the first night they changed the room for us. The staff of property chased my family from the unit on 5th Jan (Friday) even though I booked and paid from 2nd Jan till Saturday 6th Jan through booking. They insisted that we have to checked out on 5th (Friday). I was at work and send the proof of booking till 6th Jan Saturday through email to my wife. Then they realized it. They never apologized. This mean they did not check your date of stay properly if you stay for few days. They just can wake up from sleep and chase you out.

La habitación esta muy bien, tiene lavadora con secador que nos vino muy bien para lavar nuestra ropa despues de 15 días de viaje. La piscina con las vistas es una locura.

El tiempo para hacer el Check-in, no había nadie, tuvimos esperar 1 hora para que viniera la persona para darnos las llaves ya que no tenia una recepción. La ubicación esta un poco lejos del centro de Kuala Lumpur, pero compensa por la piscina, con las vistas que tienes no necesitas ir a ningún otro mirador para ver la ciudad.
