The house was in a great location, off the beaten track a little. The apartment was large, with a very nice terrace to sit out on. I particularly liked that it was not too touristy here; you felt more like you were mixing with the locals than in other places in Venice.
Not a big deal, but I guess the views weren't great.

Amazing location 4 minute walk to Fundamente Nove Vaporetto stop with quick connections to/from Airport and rest of the city. With luggage it’s so convenient. Quiet and lovely building with a lift to 2nd floor which was very useful. Very firm Queen bed in Bedroom. Super nice and responsive owner
No sofa to rest and relax, there is a single bed in the kitchen/living space.

clean and comfortable.
the cost. booking..com listed their price as €174.42 when I booked it. we were charged€16 for taxes and that’s fine. I was charged a total of €255 for the accommodation. I do not think that is fair and would like to be reimbursed for the difference.
