Very clean, nicely furnished and quite close to the city centre; beds are extremely comfortable and the landlord very helpful and understanding

Lovely apartment would highly recommend- quiet, clean, comfortable- absolute pleasure to stay here!

Modern apartment with lovely decor.
The washing machine wasn't working which was disappointing as we had hoped to freshen up our clothes during our stay.
No dishwasher.
There was a loose floor tile in the bathroom which ia dangerous.
Some of the windows would not open either.
There were not enough towels, and again, we couldn't wash these to re use.

Location good, about 20 mins walk from Durham centre, apartment was clean and quiet neighbors. Decorated nicely with modern furniture.
A bathroom floor tile was loose and I had to put a mat over it, as I could of cut myself. The paint work in certain areas needs touching up.

Very spacious. Nice decor. Comfortable. Good parking facilities. Reasonably priced.
Maybe the provision of basic essentials in a self catering apartment e.g, in the kitchen - kitchen roll, foil, dish cloths etc. Not a complaint just a recommendation.

bus into Durham Centre opposite the property. convenient store also. spacious and clean. well equipped kitchen.
light bulbs needed replacing in 2 lamps and a tv remote in bedroom without batteries . really not a big problem though! otherwise perfect!

The property was a bit out of the centre but easily walkable and quiet at night. The apartment was large, modern and comfortable.

It was very cosy The beds were very comfortable. There was a tv in each bedroom with Netflix. Excellent location, bus stop opposite to go to Durham .
There are lot of stairs (which it does mention) and very heavy fire doors, no dishwasher but a washing machine. No information about the area
