It is a beautiful hotel with a lot of nice, smiley and helpful staff. If you need something they are eager to help you. You can find here a pool and the view to the sea is amazing. We liked the meals very much. We will return back for sure. Ancsa és Ádám

All staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. They make a real effort to welcome you and look after you.The food is so plentiful and delicious and is very good value- not sure how they can do a 4 course evening meal for 20 euro but that’s what dinner cost if you eat at the hotel each evening. The hotel was full but there is plenty of room for everyone around the pool and the gardens. The cleanliness and freshness of the hotel is really pleasant and the bedlinen and towels are nice quality and smell good. Air con means you can cool your room very quickly.

While the location of the hotel is impressive, high on a headland with brilliant views across the sea, it does mean traveling around is not so easy. The hotel provide a bus which is very helpful and taxi’s are easy to find at Furio but it’s not really feasible to walk to anywhere from the hotel.

Everything, we liked everything. The hotel is really amasing, the view is very beautiful, the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and you have a lot of facilities. If I will come back to Ischia, for sure I will come back here.

In the morning Could be some noise, but not from the road, from the hotel clients. But this for sure is not the problem of the hotel, the clients can make less noise.

The only nice point is the beautiful view from pool and garden to see and sunset.

We had 2 reservations in 2 different hotels in Ischia, 3 days at first and 3 days at second one. In their page was written free shuttle. Before arriving we called more than 10 times and their staff was not good in English and each time she made our call off!!!!! Finally her supervisor spoke to us and said the signal was weak!!! And they said their free shuttle is not free for arriving!!!! Super surprising!!!! Finally we used their service, in first 15 minutes of our arriving we called to reception for blanket and pillow, in 3 minutes one rude service boy used his keys and just immediately after one knock came in!!!!!!! And started to speak in Italian language that he knocked firstly!!!! We asked him to speak in English. He super rude answered I am Italian !!!! In their hotel several different flags from around the world are set and also in their page English, German and... are offered. It was not truly pet friendly because despite of our first hotel in Ischia, our small dog could just stay at room , not more. And also empty drink bottles were in minibar. The manager change our small and ugly room to a big and nice view room to apologise for their staff. But we are regretted that why we didn't stay whole the 6 days in our first hotel. It was much better than here!

Professional staff

Beautiful hotel and very helpful and friendly stuff - they organized taxis, covid tests and even pizza delivery for us :) (thanks again). very big pool and nice pool area, beautiful view from the pool area over the sea. beach club scanella very close by. free shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach citara and the city forio. room was very clean and with a big a generous terrace.

the pictures here on booking.com are not up to date: pool had another decoration and the umbrellas and chairs are different (they are green and white now. on the pictures here they are blue). we had no car so we usually walked to the next bus station (about 30 minutes) which can get a little exhausting over the time (shuttle doesn't run too often). but overall very nice experience at the hotel.

The pool is good, the beds are comfortable, the shuttle bus is convenient, the view over the bay is lovely. Panza is not far away where there also some good local restaurants. The a la carte menu was quite good at lunchtime.

The rooms are too ordinary for the price, the bathrooms are not good with little space and poor lighting, the toilets are a pain to operate, the WiFi is very poor to non existent (which was very inconvenient for me - I had to travel to Forio to research things online) and there is poor phone reception. I also thought that the staff were overworked and did not look very happy with a couple of exceptions. The food was just OK. The buffet was ok but some of the dishes were not great. Breakfast was the same stuff each day.
