Hhighly recommend the CP Resort Hotel

I recently stayed at the CP Resort Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant/Bistrot, which offered a delicious and varied menu, along with excellent service. I also appreciated the hotel's location, which was convenient for exploring the city and easily accessible from the airport. Overall, I highly recommend the CP Resort Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable stay in the city.

New but noisy hotel

Very practical new hotel. Anonymous and practical. quiet location. Good parking

I was in 2 rooms for 5 nights and both were way too noisy due to the restaurant. You can only sleep between 1-6am!

Very good

Apartment building operated without any reception staff in a commercial area not too far from Lugano. Check-in is fully automated by a machine. The room was nice and had a good size, with mostly practical interior and little decoration. Good for an overnight stay during our trip to Italy or as an apartment during a business trip, but would not feel like a holiday place to me.

The host seems to run a horse breeding next door, and the floor to the apartments reminded me a bit of a middle aisle in a horse stable. Some decoration would be nice. The alcohol-based cleaning products left a distinct smell throughout the room.

Perfect for business trips

Self check-in 24/7 very easy and quick. The apartment was extremely clean and in order, with all basic furniture and equipment you need. It is also modern and beautiful. I didn't try the breakfast, but It was available at the Bistrot. I recommend It for business trips, but not only.

There is no contact with the staff if you appreciate it. But for my needs It was absolutely not a problem because everything went smooth.

Perfect for business purposes.

Thank you to Carlos and the CP Resort team for letting us check in 4 hours early as we needed to drop our dog off before heading into an important meeting. We also needed to add one more night to our stay and the process was seamless. The facilities were super clean and very modern. The self-check in system is great, but the best part is the the super easy check out, I wish all other hotels were like this!

Unfortunately no grass patch and place for dog waste at or near the hotel. The bistro has beer on tap which is great, but the food is so bleh, better to check out the grotto up in the hills 15 mins from the hotel.

Brand new structure well furnished. Large, welcoming apartments equipped with all comforts. Very good delicate scent in the rooms Convenient locations to reach both by car and by train. Very nice staff. Fantastic breakfast and bistro

Beautiful room with very easy handling

amazing huge room for this price, with kitchen and a table. parking in front of the door for free. and super easy check in & out

the abience scent in the room was to strong. we opened all windows & the door for 15mins & it didn‘t helped.

Clean, comfortable bed.

Not convenient for A2 motorway. No fridge, wi-fi not working, air conditioning not working, shower leaks over floor, over-powering lemon room fragrance

Excellent stay for family with kids

- smooth self check-in - extremely friendly staff - fitted kitchen (good to have when you bring kids) - room size

- location can be reached with car, but not sure with public transport - a bit far from major tourist attraction

The breakfast was not that we expected for 15 chf. Hopefully you can make it better.

Great Room, good value, would visit again.

Very easy Check In and parking, nice, clean and comfy rooms equipped with everything needed. Wish every Hotel would be like that, would stay here again.
