it was a bad experience, the lockbox war not near the door so i have to wait about 2 hours to solve this problem, their customers service were rude and not helpful، there was no toilet paper.
in conclusion: i would not bace to then again and i will not recommend anyone to stay with them

Good location and very convenient. Rooms were large and facilities adequate for family.
Getting the key and into the apartment is a complex process. Also only one key available so we will have to ensure someone with the key is back at the apartment to open the door for the rest.

🇸🇦💖🇸🇦 is excellent location, and excellent. Space in three bedroom three toilet kitchen and small sitting room with a table for food. Shower was a great beds are very clean and the price is very good.

Fantastic location, very spacious and clean. Great to have 2 showers and 2 toilets for a group of 6 people. Very comfortable space and beds and so easy to get to all of the best landmarks in Paris. So close to the Arc de triomphe! Easy to access with codes and key locks, it felt very safe.
Hair dryer does not work - only cold air comes out and it needs replacing.

Save your money and book elsewhere. This accomodation is appalling and the people who run it are even worse. Such awful conditions that two of us ended up sleeping on the floor of the bathroom. The customer service manager told us they would come and fix the problems and never did. Cannot stress enough - book anywhere else but here. We ended up staying at an amazing air bnb after this experience and won’t book through booking.com again

Big and close to the Champs Elysées.
They don’t care about creating win/win relationships.
It’s just about the money.
They acept a reservation at 23h50 for that night. as I don’t fill the forms in the 10m after, they turned off communications and let me at the door with my untie of 77 years old. and everything was already paid. Next day they refuse to refund. But the worst was the mindset, the tone of the voice, the approach. it was really awful.

Great location in a stunning apartment on the Champs-Élysées, walking distance to all major sights, the most convenient location to experience Paris. The apartments are luxurious, the main thing is that guests treat the apartment with the same care and concern. I have been to Paris several times and this is the most convenient location for tourists who want to taste the beauty of Paris. Sincerely!

Good location, just fews minute can go to Main Street
- The elevator don't work sometimes, I had complained with the agency from the first day but they didn't check. The last day when we check out, we ( my parents over 70 years old and my aunts and me have to bring 6 big luggage and 4 small from 4th floor. It's terrible, I can't imagine that.
- the bathroom don't have curtains, when you take baths neighbors can see though.
