The hotel is located in a bustling part of Mestre adjacent the railway station and close to the airport. The staff were lovely and the hotel room was spacious, comfy and quiet. Breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of food and drinks to choose from. We enjoyed our visit so much we stayed another night.

Excellent location - right by the station to go to Venice or come from other locations in Italy
I think you’re paying for the location - during the high-season everything seems quite over-priced in Venice (in terms of cost vs quality) and this was no exception. It covered the basics, staff were friendly, but it wasn’t a comfortable / luxurious stay.
