Toes in the Water - Sands III 1C | Great Views!
TOCCHI NELL'ACQUA (precedentemente noto come unità Sands III 1C). TUTTE LE NUOVE FOTO SONO QUI. Completamente ristrutturato 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni condominio di fronte all'oceano al primo piano con una vista spettacolare sull'Oceano Atlantico. Cucina completamente attrezzata con nuovi elettrodomestici, nuovi armadi e un bar, completa con Keurig. Granito in cucina e splendidi pavimenti in bambù! Nuovi letti e mobili e bagni completamente ristrutturati. Facile accesso alla spiaggia e solo 6 isolati a piedi dal centro, dal lungomare e dal porto turistico. Mangiare, shopping e vita notturna abbondano. Fai una passeggiata intorno al Carolina Beach Lake dall'altra parte della strada o noleggia una barca a remi. Piscina all'aperto 17x9 e parcheggio assegnato per 2 veicoli (max). Non dimenticare l'animale domestico di famiglia come il tuo cane di piccola taglia è il benvenuto con il pagamento di una tassa per animali domestici non rimborsabile, soggetta a restrizioni. Se si sceglie una proprietà pet friendly, i cani sono ammessi solo sul filo spiaggia durante i mesi invernali. Tutti gli animali domestici devono essere approvati da Blue Water Realty.

The condo was wonderful. Just as I imagined. Perfect location, easy to get to the beach and walk to restaurants. Never moved our vehicle after we arrived. The lake across the street was so nice to walk around every morning and sometimes again in the evening. On Saturday there was a great art show around the lake. The only down side was parking. We had a 1st floor and parking was not under the building like in the pictures. We had to park 1 vehicle on the street by the pool and the 2nd vehicle by the dumpster next to the walkway to the beach. Did not like that. My husband has a bad back and can't walk far. This is why we chose 1st floor not realizing that would affect the parking. Also would suggest 1 shower with handicap bars to help getting in and out of a very high tub. We did have a wonderful time though.

Beach was great. Not too crowded. It’s a great area for families. Check-in was so easy. The unit is a great location but very much suffering from a lot of wear and tear and in need of a refresh. Also the previous renters had a pet and we noticed a lot of dog hair on beds and all seating.

Condo was mostly clean but in need of a refresh. Walls need painted, furniture needs cleaned. Balcony was dingy and dirty… we did not use. Upstairs tenant were very loud and we were constantly hearing noise from above. Kitchen was well equipped and place is decorated nice, it’s just showing a lot of wear and tear.
