Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit schöner Einrichtung.Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe erfolgte problemlos.Die Möglichkeit besteht den Besitzer über WhatsApp zu erreichen,dieser antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr interessiert daran Probleme zu lösen.
Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Flughafen so dass man die Flugzeuge hört.Dies hat und jedoch nicht gestört weil wir den Tag lang unterwegs waren.

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos. Ubicación muy cerca del aeropuerto, en el centro de la isla por lo que puedes recorrerla fácilmente y el alojamiento muy cerca de la playa, con varios restaurantes a menos de 5-10 minutos a pie. Fernando, el anfitrión, está siempre pendiente de la comodidad de los huéspedes y nos dejó una botella de vino para disfrutar de la estancia.

Great location, very close to the beach, quiet town with many shops and restaurants. Good equipment and many amenities that makes the stay comfortable. Non-contact check out without any problems.
We asked for the earlier check in (at 1 p.m instead of 2 p.m) and we got te respond that's not a problem, but at the end we had to wait about 20 minutes after 2 p.m. for the cleaner to end clean the house, so we came into the house after more than hour of waiting.
There were two bedside lamps in one of rooms, but non of them worked becouse there was no electrical outlet neraby.
Bad smell form the cabinet in the kitchen. Dirty walls etc, the house should be renovated so it could be still called "luxury". Anyway, in general, for this price the house is okay.

The apartment was very close to the beach, wonderful surroundings, 5 minutes walk from supermarket and shops. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and cookware were well furnished, there was everything also for 5 people. Mr. Fernando was very kind with all explanations. Parking just in front of the house, just 5 minutes from the airport.

the location is great, check in and out easy, friendly people to communicate with. sent me all details via WhatsApp before arrival.
My apartment 26b was the cheapest available when booking and was in need of a bit of TLC but not bad for the price. A little thin walls and ceilings as neighbours were quite noisy moving around a lot at night but this is not the hosts fault obviously. Also Ill fitting front door and there were quite a few small flies in the shower all the time. I paid around 110 euros for 2 nights in January, for this price it was good.

Amazing location. The owner was friendly and replied swiftly to messages. The apartment was very well furnished, good Wi-Fi connection, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, had plenty of towels. Free street parking was available right outside the property. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

We were a couple and the bed was too small (140cm), so we could not fit in the bed.

a good general updating,more local information where to buy food and where and how to get there,no emergency telephone numbers(doctor,police,hospital).Finally no smoke alarms,no fire extinguisher and no outside security camera.

The photograph shown was not the apartment we were allocated. The photograph was of a recently fully renovated property - not our actual apartment . This should have been made much clearer in the description. On the whole the apartment was okay - just a little less than our expectations.

The apartment equipped in a very thoughtful way, probably the best I've ever seen. Kitchen and bathroom supplies were ample.
Communication with the owner was great.

Sound insulation is rather poor - you can hear crying kids in the property nextdoor and people walking in the apartment upstairs. And you can hear it very very well.
The WiFi hardly reaching bedrooms, you really need to sit in the lounge if you want to use internet.
It is a little dated that you can't see from the pictures.

Everything amazing, fully equipped, 1 minute walk to the beach, clean, it got it all. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. He even helped us to arrange a babysitter. And they have their own fleet of car to rent.

The apartment was super spacious. Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds). The area is very quiet, without any noise. The kitchen was very well equipped (oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, cutlery, plates, glasses). Fernando is a wonderful host, easy communication. In addition, we left food & hygiene products that we could not take on the plane and he told us that everything was donated to Caritas (a 10!).
Although the apartment was super clean, it is true that because of the humidity in the bathroom, there were small flies on the ceiling. Also, it would have been great if the views were directly to the beach as you could only see the sea in the background from the terrace.

Location and facilities. Near beach, shops and restaurants. Good TV channels. Provision of toiletries. Beach towels and chairs provided. Fernado always available and helpful. Second time of staying.
Could probably do with a bit of decorating soon. Bed linen getting a bit thin.

Great location with very close access to the beach. The facilities inside the apartment were also very good. Host was very responsive and flexible with checking in and helped us out with car rental.
Perfect place to stay when in Lanzorate

The apartment location, two minutes walk to the beach and promande. We felt very comfortable, the apartment is well stocked and very clean. It was our first time staying in Playa Honda, if you like being part of local life, then its a good place to stay. Close to the airport, bus stop near by to access other parts of the island.
We appreciated the wine and water, on arrival.We look forward to staying again in the near future.

How clean it was and the location. The facilities in the apartment. Could stay here long term.
I had to call reception to check in as I waited outside the apartment and no one was there. But the lady came within 5 minutes. Just that I had roaming luckily. The double bed is a bit springy. Could be a bit better.

Very spacious modern comfy apartment, excellent WiFi, superb location 5 mins from bus stop and 2 mins from beach. Complete with all essentials and utensils, washer, dryer rack, sun lounges and umbrellas for beach, full kitchen, comfy bed with extra pillows and blankets.

I appreciated its strategic position, just 5 minutes (literally) from and to the airport and the biggest Mall of the islands. I normally chose Playa Honda for the last night before heading home as it offers these added value for great rent prices and quality of the offer.
Also the owner (Fernando) was very kind, communicative and uncomplicated. Gracias! I will be back!
Nothing (I would say that if you want to be closer to the top beach you should go to Puerto del Carmen or Costa Teguise.
