The house was very nice, views are beautiful, really peaceful. Kitchen and living room were large and open. The two decks overlooking the lake were very large with games and fireplace table. Definitely recommend! The owner was extremely helpful and kind. We gad a group of 20 and only used 1 air mattress.

Great place to stay. Home is well taken care of an nice an clean. Not near as many steps as most places on the lake so this makes it a big plus. It’s in a section of Norris lake called cove creek which is very beautiful just be aware of boat traffic as it’s not a no wake zone. But everyone waves an is usually cautious an courteous. Even tho it is a double slip dock only one covered dock is availble, but plenty of tie downs on either side of the dock for other watercraft. Very steep driveway but plenty of parking an even trailer parking at the top which is fantastic. Trash picked up multiple days which is great especially for large groups. I 100% reccomend staying and would absolutley stay again.

Andrea was very responsive and communication before and after the trip was great. The house was exactly as described. It was roomy enough for 12 adults and an infant. We were able to have our own spaces as needed but also come together for meals and games. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, including the grill, fire table, and fire pit. Family members enjoyed fishing off the dock and those passing by on the lake were friendly. We made use of the two kitchens - one in the main house and one in the in-law suite. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time and there was much needed laughter during this trip. A big thank you to the Noes for having the property available for others to use.

Our family loves the outdoors, and we were looking for a rental home that provided not only a lakeside location, but also the ability to ride (without trailering) UTVs and ATVs to the prominent trail venues in TN. Andrea's home on Norris Lake provided exactly what we were looking for.
The house itself is spectacular. We talked throughout the week about what could be missing, what could be improved, what we would do differently... And we came up with nothing! The house has everything you could possibly want or need, and every aspect of it is tastefully done. From every imaginable appliance and utensil in the kitchen, to the ample open spaces to visit, inside and outside (the new firepit is fantastic, bring some wood with you), clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, the dock for swimming and fishing, the list goes on forever. We truly found everything aspect of the house to be perfect.
For those who are visiting the area to ride Brimstone and/or Royal Blue, the house is situated right between the two parks, and the routes to get you there are accessible from the house. They're a bit of a ride, but if you're looking for a home, as we were, that offers the best of all worlds, this home is perfect. We'll definitely come back!

We are now lake vacationers!!!
After spending just one evening at this property, it was obvious to us that we would be vacationing here again and soon. The property is well maintained and well designed to allow our group to all be together or even break off into smaller groups for some one on one time. The amenities especially the kayaks and grill/kitchen were top quality and very enjoyable.

I'm not sure why the VRBO fee is 500.00 and the lodging tax is so high, but that is not really on the property owners. The only negative thing about the entire property is the cushions for the outdoor furniture could be replaced. I would definitely consider staying here again! We really had a great week at the lake!

Very seamless booking this property. Our stay was wonderful. The house was very, very nice. Very spacious and accommodated all our needs! The outside space was awesome and access to the lake was perfect! They only “negative” thing is the bunk room, it literally is for kids, not adults. However, we found this out right before our stay and was able to accommodate. I would definitely book again!

2020 Fall Ride

Fall family getaway
This property was perfect (plus!) for our extended family of 14! The space was great and we had everything we could ask for! We enjoyed using the kayaks and exploring the lake, as well as just hanging out on the deck, visiting, and enjoying the view! Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house for several adult couples. 14 of us didn't feel cramped but could also congregate on the deck or in the kitchen/dining area. Nice quiet cove very close to a full service marina.

Great for Large Families
We really enjoyed this house. It was perfect for our immediate and extended families to be able to spend time together.

Great place to stay!
Our family of 14, consisting of my husband and me and our 3 adult sons and their families had a wonderful week here. The kitchen by far was the best equipped of any we've ever had. Clean, comfortable, roomy, and a great location. The kids spent hours fishing and swimming from the dock. We had a few rainy hours and the kids were just as happy on the lower deck playing with all the great games provided. We can't wait to return.

Perfect vacation for large families.
Our extended family of 17 enjoyed the wonderful lake house. Plenty of room for all to hang out together and enough space to get some privacy when needed as well. The kitchen in the main house was so large we were able to cook all of our meals on-site. The decks and docks were perfect for spending time outside and in the water. We rented a pontoon boat from a nearby marina, and had lots of fun in the sun. Andrea always responded quickly to our questions, but we had so few and really had nothing to complain about. Overall this was an excellent experience and we will have memories to cherish forever.

Great house/location for large family gathering
Lovely property and house - exactly as pictured! Everything was well appointed with what might be needed. The kitchens, two refrigerators and two stoves on property were much appreciated as we prepared meals for 18 people over Thanksgiving break. We took advantage of the large gas grill for several dinners. There was plenty to keep us busy with fishing off the dock, relaxing by the fire table or using the large kitchen table for cards and games. Grocery stores are within easy reach. The owners are very nice, helpful and responsive. This property is perfect. Thank you Andrea and Andrew for sharing your house!

Awesome Home!!
The property was better than we imagined. The house was perfect and was hands down the best home we've rented on VRBO and we've been using the site for over 10 years! The location was great and the perfect place for me and friends to catch up and relax before we went to the Vols game. Andrea was quick to respond to all of our many questions and she made our stay great. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved it!
We needed a place to accommodate our large family with different ages and interests and this was just the place! I am a stickler on cleanliness and this place was immaculate! The kitchen was one of the most well equipped I’ve ever seen in a rental home. We loved the decks, especially the lower deck where the kids could play. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the nice self-inflating mattresses for the teen boys who each needed their own bed! Andrea was great to work with. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Best house we've rented at Norris
This house was beautiful, extremely clean, had the most furnished kitchen of any house we've ever rented at Nortis. The walk to the private dock was easy but the driveway to the house is very steep. Thankfully the lot at street level was perfect for parking our boat trailers. We will definitely stay in this house again!

Family reunion getaway
This house was the perfect spot for our family gathering. Plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen is well stocked & the location is ideal. The house is situated on a quieter spot on the lake which made playing in the water & kayaking perfect for all of our kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Find...
We had stayed at this rental under the previous owners, and what was already a nice property has been made even better. The new owners have done a great job of giving the home a fresh new look along with a much needed, very nice, new dock. We had three families with children staying here comfortably. The home was clean and well stocked with all of the necessities, as well as some thoughtful hospitality items. The beds were comfortable. All of the furniture inside and out was new and very comfortable. The gas fire table on the back porch was a big hit in the evenings. Everywhere you looked it was evident that a lot of thought had been put into making the property as nice as possible for their guests. Andrea was great to work with from managing the dates of our stay to helping us figure out what we were doing wrong with the TV. We highly recommend this property to future guests, which will definitely include us! :)

would stay again, nice property ,with a beautiful amenities. dock is 2 flights of stairs to water and very nice .plenty of room for two groups. has parking available on top of the property which is quite a distance from front door ,but has a 2nd parking level much closer to front of house . there is parking in front of house for maybe 2 vechiles . ANDREA the owner is great on the phone with any questions, we arrived with no power because of a storm early in the day and she was always in contact with local power facility to inform me of when the power should be restored which was only 2 hours. she has kayaks available with a large tube. rentals for boats and wave runners are 5 minutes down to marina . marina is a little pricey for rentals, but nice equipment. we had a large group and everybody had there own space . overall great experience and would stay again thanks ANDREA

This is a gem
A total of 13 people aged 9 to 82 stayed here and we never felt crowded. Plenty of space for everyone. There were plenty of activities to do at the house. The homeowner spared no expense to make our stay great. A storm came thru our last night and we lost power. The homeowner, Andrea, was sending me texts about what was going on before I had a chance to even pick up my phone to report to her. Our peace of mind was her priority. This house is close to Marinas, parks, and stores. This was my 3rd stay at Norris Lake and 5th VRBO rental and it has been the best experience so far.
