Big room with all the needed amenities.

Clean and big room. Very friendly staff. The hotel is self-check in, which is very convenient. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is a great advantage. It is located about 20-25 minutes walk from the central part, all sights and places to eat. But you can also use public transport, there is a stop in front of the hotel.

Not much to like but perhaps we chose the wrong room?
We booked a room which turned out to be in the basement (we must've missed that somehow when booking) and our tiny windows had views of tyres in the car park.
The beds were acceptable, but the pillows were floppy collections of lumps and bumps and impossible to use. We complained at breakfast and were told that they had new pillows which had yet to be put out.
A large central wifi-server hummed above the kitchen sink - clearly the wifi for the whole house. Not keen on sleeping next to wifi.
No tea or coffee provided.
The bathroom was tiny and had towels appropriately sized - more like hand towels than real towels.
The breakfast was pretty poor.

Spacious room.
Breakfast was basic, everyday the same.
Beds were a bit hard, and the place was a bit noisy at night. We didn't get to see the personnel, so difficult to rate.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Vila Katrca in Ljubljana. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a memorable experience. The added bonus of free parking made it even more convenient. With its excellent service and the convenience of free parking.

We got a room in the basement. It's damp, dark and there are bars on very small windows. In addition, the door to the bathroom is sliding and it does not hide what is inside. Also in the room is the server room of the entire hotel, which is constantly buzzing. Apparently this is not a room, but a former utility room that has been converted into a room. For some reason, our number 11 was not on the top floor, but the only room that is in the basement. At the same time, at the time of check-in (15:00), there is no staff and there is no one to complain to.

3rd bed in our room was a sofa bed which was not very comfy when compared to others.

The staff is super friendly and always reachable. We were able to store our luggage after the check out.

I like that there is a parking spot in front of the apartment. The room was clean.
I didn't like that the bathroom was separated from the room with very light door.

The worst accomodation ever. The women on the phone was so rude and unpolite. Also they took extra money from my account without any explanation of the reason and even they are laughing because they succeed to cheat me.
Also any late or early check in/out,parking spot is extra payed. But even when you need to do the check in you have to pay additional money for it , also extra for cleaning etc. So after you booked you should pay minimum 100€ extra . And at the end I didn't get the key from them. Don't destroy your holiday staying there.

Self Check-in procedures are a joke. Site didn't recognize me though I had paid. Tried calling number for help and no answer. Finally banged on front door until someone responded an then got my key.Room was in the basement and there were iron bars on all the windows. No way to escape if there was a fire. Location is far from city center and no restaurants near by. The floors were dirty in room. No soap or shampoo in room. Worst experiece in a "hotel". I tried contacting Booking.com to see if they could rebook me and never heard back and it's 4 days later now.

Supermarket right across the street, clean rooms, comfortable beds, felt secure, main bridge area a reasonable walk away, laundry facilities not too far either, extra towels/bedding stored under the bed, had a safe and mini fridge, many maps available
No wifi throughout our 3 night stay. Had to buy soap for the bathroom. TV had 1000 channels listed but few worked. Check-in is not ideal if you’re an international traveller like we were and only use your phone with wifi/on airplane mode, and if it’s during the weekend when no staff are present to assist. Check-in details aren’t available until your check-in time (1600h) so you must have internet at that time to access the app in order to get into the accommodation

The room was spacious enough. Neighbourhood was good.
The location of my room number 11 was underground, which was a bit creepy place.

Clean, large room.
Poor value for money.
No table in room, no cups or glasses in bathroom, rain shower didn't work, half of the light bulbs were not working.
No staff present during the 3 days we were there, although note in room said that reception would be staffed every day from 08:30 - 15:00.
Zymzo app not really user friendly. Check-in worked only from pc, not from phone.

Easy walk into centre of Ljubljana. Supermarket accross the road. Huge windows which you can open wide. Although the property does not offer tea/coffee making facilities, they gave me a kettle and cups to make my own.

It‘s a nice building and interior of the house is beautiful in general. The service people I met were nice.
Unfortunately, the room was not as beautiful as the rest of the house. The bed was more of a Hostel bed, no carpet in the room like shown in the picture, venetian blinds are broken and no soap/shampoo or anything.
Also, there is an antenna mast or sth on the roof. To be fair, this is shown on the pictures, but I only realized once there.
