Overall, we had a good stay, but there are a few things future guests should know.Pros:The location is excellent, just steps from the beach. The outdoor shower was one of our favorite features and was perfect for rinsing off after the beach. We also appreciated having a tower fan in every room during the hot weather. Although the property is a duplex, we still had our own private balcony and outdoor space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept very well throughout our stay.Cons:The staircase to the second floor is extremely narrow and steep. It's a spiral staircase only about two feet wide, making it difficult for anyone with mobility issues, larger body types, or heavy luggage. We couldn't carry our suitcases upstairs and had to bring our belongings up in armloads.The upstairs bathroom is much nicer than the downstairs one, which is very small and not ideal for everyday use. Guests must bring their own sheets, towels, and washcloths. While this may be listed in the details, I didn't realize it until the day before arrival. We also ran out of toilet paper on the third day and had to buy more ourselves.There is active construction nearby. While not the owner's fault, the noise began around 8 a.m. daily and impacted the relaxing beach atmosphere. Also, despite paying a cleaning fee, guests are required to wash and dry any linens they use before checkout.

One of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed at! We loved the location and closeness to grocery stores and beach stores. View was incredible!

This location was truly wonderful! Although we weren’t directly on the sand, it was easy access across a street & the price was reasonable considering everything. The house was clean and well kept with pretty much everything we needed for a great beach vacation.The biggest issue for us was the spiral staircase. We are in our early 60s & in great physical condition but the climb was really uncomfortable We left most of our things on the first floor because we were not comfortable bringing them up & down It was a bit inconvenient but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would happily recommend. Just be careful!

Mixed reviews. There were lots of good things about this place that I’ll address in a moment, but there are a few things anyone renting this place needs to fully understand. Number one there is no dining room and no dining room table. When it says dining for six, I think they mean the picnic table under the house. Also, as cute as the spiral staircase is, it is impossible to get any suitcase, other than a carry-on size up the stairs. I was traveling with two elderly ladies, and they really struggled. That being said, the property location is amazing. The beach is beautiful. Everything was clean. the kitchen was well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay.
