They were attending to their clients so well and even so welcoming.Their standard was brilliant.Everything about Vienna is perfect.
They check on the satellite channels and even their wifi.The wifi strength is poor.Tthey upgrade on that.

The location was good 👍

Breakfast was fair. Though the restaurant staffs were casual.
Make sure you check the towels. Most of them had stains. The bathroom’s soap was of poor quality. No body rotion and shampoo for the delux room. The value for money was not met. I give 6.5/10

I couldn’t sleep because there was a party going on in front of our room up till 5 am 😭

A budget priced hotel that is very clean, friendly and helpful staff and does all that anyone could reasonably expect for the price.
Nothing - have stayed before and knew what to expect - no issues in staying here again.

Only the mosquito net.
The basic facilities like shower, light, and telephone in the room were not working. What more can I say? It felt as if we just paid that amount for only the bed. The breakfast also had nothing for vegetarian.

Vienna woods is in a perfect location in Nakuru city. You can navigate from here to most significant locations. CBD is just 1.1 Km from the property. The staff are very kind and hospitable willing to shorted-out if you face any issues during your stay here. The surrounding of this location is amazing, the landscape is nicely constructed. The bar inside has romantic lights with good ambience. There are some shortcomings but i guess it is due to corona however, the hotel is affordable and you must visit.

The shower area was not well separated and water spread everywhere whilst showering.
