Our host was great! Loved the accommodations. It was just perfect for our family. Adults had space to visit and the kids had their space to play games. The view was wonderful! Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings with my coffee. We enjoyed lots of wild life. The natural kind.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was very peaceful. The access to the river was great for fishing and kayaking. The lake was close by for boating. We enjoyed playing games and making smores. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a great place to enjoy some family time.

The trail to the river was a little rough and overgrown, but we made it to the shore. Not too many fish caught on this trip, but gives us a reason to return. This property is better than it appears in the listing! The view and access to the river is really unrivaled. We woke up every morning to the sound of birds, and nothing else. I felt like we were worlds away from society, even though we were a quick 7 min drive from Eureka. The house is spacious and was very clean for us upon arrival. We loved the extra unexpected touches from the owner - tons of coffee, firewood, charcoal, movies, games and more towels, blankets, pillows than we could ever use. The kitchen was well stocked, and the appliances were VERY high end for a river cabin (or any house for that matter). Douglas was attentive and welcoming, and we felt confident with his instructions on how to navigate the area, the property lines, and the river access. I would highly recommend this property to small or large groups/families. With the downstairs master acting as a living area as well, a couple could rent this property and not feel as if they had too much unused space. However, adding two extra couples and a handful of kids also wouldn't make the space feel cramped either because of the layout upstairs. We can't wait to book this cabin again on our next trip into NW AR!

The place was very clean and decorated so nice. The location was perfect for the 6 of us to enjoy nature and relax with our feet in the water after a long day of riding in the mountains. The house was nice and relaxing. The online picture were some what deceiving. Which made us think the sitting areas were different then what they were. The water did have a very bad smell to it which I’m assuming it was something do with the well that wasn’t quite right. Owner should look into that! Even though they said no WIFI but you could use your hot spot which did not work at all. That was a small disappointment but all and all it was a very nice stay. Relaxing and very peaceful place with a homey feeling. We did have a great time and enjoyed ourselves!

Great quiet lush green space. Property as represented. Comfortable beds and spacious refrigerator. The host responded quickly to every inquiry from before we booked to throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again. We were all adults but property would appropriate for families with children.

It's so hard to find a decent rental on White River but this property is it! Awesome house, great location. River frontage was perfect for fly fishing.
