Warm and friendly reception by staff
Helping me get settled in.
Enough space in the room for relaxation and comfort
Location was close to where I needed to go on a daily basis and it was central
Also very close to the Albert park which I discovered accidentally 🤭
Calm residential environment too
No fan in the room considering its summer and windows needed to be shut at night for security. Note room windows was directly outside to the streets, no nets, no burlar-proof. This made the room somewhat hot and uncomfortable during sleep.
No hand or paper towel in the kitchenette, ended up using loads of tissues for drying and even small wipes
Also no foot towel in the toilet/shower to dry spilled water hence, footmat was soaked and became smelly.
Aside these it was comfortable enough

The location is very good and if there is having breakfast it would be convenient for the newcomer like me.
Good atmosphere but if the wash room is next of the kitchen it would be better.
