Amazing Downtown Apt with balcony and fantastic view
L'appartamento ha una straordinaria luce naturale, con 3 porte finestre e un balcone lungo il soggiorno e la camera da letto. Dal balcone si può godere della vista su alcune delle famose colline di Lisbona (es: Castello, belvedere di Igreja da Senhora da Hora) e approfittare dei giorni di sole di Lisbona.
L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è molto versatile, con 2 porte scorrevoli dal soggiorno alla camera da letto per la privacy o la sensazione di "loft". Il bagno è dotato di una comoda doccia con getti corporei e un set doccia. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, con forno, piano cottura elettrico, frigorifero, congelatore, lavatrice, forno, microonde, tostapane, bollitore elettrico e tutti gli utensili da cucina necessari.
Il soggiorno ha un divano letto che può ospitare fino a 2 persone e un tavolo che può ospitare fino a 8 persone.
Tutto l'appartamento è decorato per darti tutti i comfort necessari e permetterti di sfruttare al massimo la tua visita nella bellissima città di Lisbona.
La posizione è eccezionale, l'appartamento è situato nel centro di Lisbona nella zona di Martim Moniz. Martim Moniz è una delle piazze principali di Lisbona. L'appartamento è a pochi passi da Rossio (5 minuti), Chiado (10 minuti), Avenida da Liberdade (5 minuti) o Terreiro do Paço (10 minuti).

We’ve had a great stay at the apartment ! Everything was really enjoyable, it is well equiped and we loved having breakfast and dinners on the balcony. The location is perfect, we were able to visit many places just by walk, and faraway destinations were easy to reach with all the public transports right at the doorstep of the apartment. It was easy to communicate with the owner, and he let us enter 1h before the arrival time

The apartment is very nice, modern and clean. The owner offered for us to leave our suitcases in the apartment as we arrived 4 hours before check in time which was very much appreciated. Being on the top floor allows for a great view and with its location facing east you get a beautiful breeze in the evening, through the night and morning. The location is perfect, close to metro and grocery stores and tapa bars. Lisbon's metro station is easy to navigate to get to some main attractions. It's also a short walk to main tourist streets for shopping and restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Lisbon and would recommend the apartment to friends.

This apartment is well laid out, with lots of additional spaces to keep your luggage out of the way. There are three balcony doors and a small table and chairs on the balcony. The listing should indicate that you need to go up 5 flights of stairs.
The area is very close to many amenities, with a market/ grocery just across Martim Moniz square, Metro around the corner, and 15 minutes to many of the main attractions. The apartment can be very noisy at night, especially on weekends, with the hospital nearby and traffic on the street in front blocking ambulances.
The apartment itself was very clean, although the washroom did have a bit of a sewer smell that persisted. There is a small window in there, so it was easy to manage that. The bed pillows should be replaced because they do have stains under the pillow covers.
Most kitchen appliances and cookware were available, although we weren’t able to get the Nespresso machine to work properly. We ended up purchasing some oil and vinegar and left it for the next guests. The only other condiment in the space was salt.
The communication with the owner was disappointing. We didn’t get timely responses to queries. There was no information in the apartment about wifi (bottom of router), no extra garbage bags or info on garbage pickup, checkin info after flight departed, etc.
A mobile AC unit and a fan are available. We didn’t try to AC to see how effective it would be.
