Two friends were visiting me in Naples from Germany. This was their first trip to Florida. They had heard about Key West and the drive to get there.
The home was meticulous, well stocked, comfortable and inviting. The property manager Whitney was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in rentals all across the world and this has to be our favorite! So clean, organized, inviting, and comfortable. The gorgeous views from the pool didn't hurt. :) We did not want to leave!

If you would like to include some relaxation on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown Key West then you will love this rental. The cleanest I have ever stayed in with tasteful decor and many little extras to make your stay perfect! short golf cart or Uber ride to anywhere on the island. The garden and pool area mimics an upscale resort. We can’t wait to stay again in the future. Whitney is a jewel to work with as well! You won’t be disappointed with this clean, comfortable and spacious unit! Wonderful all around!

Where to begin? About a week or so before our arrival
Whitney, the property manager, texted to make sure we had received an email with arrival and checkin information and our preference for guest bed setup. The check-in instructions were very clear, made for easy access to our condo and Whitney was always a call or text away for any questions. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Now about Atlantic Breeze-it is truly a tropical getaway! This home is beautifully decorated and has so many personal touches. Just inside the door is a guest book, a bowl of Kisses and a small souvenir. We were greeted with soft lighting in each room. The kitchen is stunning with all new appliances and very well stocked with soaps, dw tabs and many extras. The laundry has a large front-load washer and dryer, again stocked with laundry tabs ,dryer sheets, and has a butcher block counter for folding clothes. The master bedroom, also beautifully decorated, houses a very comfortable large four-poster bed and the bath has a huge walk-in shower, a vanity with under lighting and a touch-sensitive mirror. Best of all, the lanai stretches across the entire length of the condo and can be accessed through the living room and both bedrooms. It overlooks a beautiful courtyard. My husband particularly enjoyed the lush tropical plants and palms on the walking paths leading to the hot tub, pool and private beach. This has been the most relaxing vacation we will be bringing our kids with us next year!

Really nice building. Check in was not good. Had no idea on where to go. Bo one at security center. Maybe i missed it but tv instructions were also non existence. Didn't know you had to have a paid tv service to just check local news

The apartment is very well appointed and has everything you need to make the stay pleasurable. From two hair driers to noodles for the pool. Easy to get to restaurants and sights. We Ubered everywhere with no problem.

The condo was nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. It felt spacious despite only being two bedrooms. The updates were well done.

This was a perfect condo for a girl’s trip. The pool was great. The only thing to you might want to think about is the location. If you’re planning on hanging out around Duval Street you may want to consider something closer. Although the Uber’s were plentiful in the area.

Beautiful condo designed for fun. Huge gathering space with open concept design, private suite for couple and another full bathroom, bedroom and sofa sleeper. All areas have private access to the huge deck with 4 separate seating areas. Pack lightly, there's a super cute laundry area with washer and dryer. We spent a ton of time at the pool. Hot tub was great after the sun went down and beaches on either side. We walked to Duval Street every evening. So much fun every minute we hated to leave

This property was amazing! From walking in to flickering candles, and chocolates by the door to the stocked coffee, tea, condiments, laundry detergent. Super cute decor made us feel right at home. Love the upgrades that have occurred. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great. Kitchen fully stocked with spices, coffee k-cups and condiment packs. Bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner if you forgot. Laundry room was super nice. Condo recently updated so furniture was comfy. Overall a large condo. Huge pool and jacuzzi with plenty of chairs. The garage for our rental car was a nice perk. The walking path along the ocean and great public beach is right next door.
We had a maintenance issue after hours and the response was immediate and service people are on-call 24/7.
The owners care and it made for a great week.

The condo was amazing! Great amenities exactly as described and the process from confirmation to check-in/out was divine! Whitney was on top of everything and responded quickly. We had everything we needed and more for our stay. There were 5 of us and it was plenty of space for us to move around and sleep. We will definitely be back next year! Can’t wait! We have stayed at 1800 Atlantic several times in a couple different units. Unfortunately, this experience seems to have landed at the bottom of our list of places to stay.
The bathrooms both had issues with the drain.
It is my responsibility, but we were all quite disappointed with the view, or lack thereof.
The place was nice other than that, but unfortunately, the view is quite important.

Renters extremely accommodating, from the ample supply of Keurig cups, welcome Hershey kisses, tastefully decorated laundry station w/pod's, shampoo/conditioner, among other things. Master king, plush and comfortable to sleep in. The unit is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Only thing missing was a blender. Pretty much perfect though.

My husband and I and our two adult sons stayed at Atlantic Breeze for a week in late Feb-early March. Communication was great with our concierge, Whitney, and the security guard at the property was wonderful with storing our bags before and after our stay. We were thrilled with the roominess and comfort of the condo. It was decorated very nicely. We especially loved all the comfortable seating on the balcony. We were comparing to other balcony furnishings and felt we had the best, lol! Property is such a great location for enjoying all of the island. We road bikes everywhere, but Ubers and taxis are plentiful. We would definitely stay again!
