Charming house with oversized heated pool
Immersa tra gli ulivi con vista sul Mare Adriatico e sulle isole vicine, Villa Toni è una casa vacanze davvero unica. Situato nella parte remota di Krvavica, piccolo villaggio sul mare al di fuori di Makarska, la villa è un rifugio ideale per chi cerca pace e tranquillità in un ambiente naturale. Villa Toni dispone di diverse aree salotto e di intrattenimento separate: terrazze, terrazze e ponti, tra cui barbecue all'aperto e piscina riscaldata (oltre 30 mq). Pareti in pietra intagliate a mano e profumi mediterranei dominano la proprietà, insieme a viste sul mare e all'ombra naturale per tutto il giorno. Ci sono 2 camere da letto con bagno en-suite, così come spazio vitale luminoso e arioso adiacente a una cucina e zona pranzo recentemente ristrutturato. Il parcheggio recintato può ospitare fino a 2 auto.

The villa exceeded all my expectations. I have plenty of experience with bookings, but this villa is on a completely different level.Everything here is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay, you don’t need to worry about any little details. I honestly couldn’t find a single downside: everything was spotless, fully equipped, and ready for you to simply arrive and enjoy your vacation.The hosts are wonderful people, they welcomed us warmly, showed us everything we needed to know, and even provided drinks and food for us.The villa is in a perfect location for a peaceful getaway, and the views from it will leave no one indifferent, the sea and mountains are simply breathtaking.I can confidently recommend this villa and have no doubt that you will have an amazing time here.

The property was exceptionally clean & equipped to a high standard. Very friendly & kind owners who looked after all our needs & nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool & gardens were a wonderful feature & well maintained. This was a very peaceful location & provided a relaxing stay.
We would highly recommend this property & would be delighted to return again.

The villa is spotlessly clean and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The scenery is stunning and pool and outdoor shower are fantastic for cooling off. Ivo and Gordana gave us a warm welcome with food and wine when we arrived and cooked for us on our first night. Ivo also brought us another meal later in the week. They were so kind to us. I would definitely recommend Villa Toni.

We knew we’d booked somewhere special the moment we arrived. We were greeted by Antonio and his dad Ivo. They showed us round and shortly after Ivo brought us a meal! They were really helpful and welcoming. The property is comfortable and has everything you need (including great air con). The outside areas are fantastic. There is a lovely terraced area with natural tree shading for eating/relaxing. The pool is excellent and has more terracing with views out to the sea and up to the mountains. We swam there to cool off during the day and then under the stars at night. The coastline is stunning in both directions, with beautiful beaches and little bays.
