Excellent stay! The oceanfront condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised, with great amenities and an incredible view. The unit was well-stocked with everything we needed. The host was responsive and accommodating from start to finish. Zero issues. Would absolutely stay here again.

The stay was excellent. My only comment is about the pool. The pool is poorly maintained and lacks cleanliness. The water quality is poor and needs proper maintenance. Everything else was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

The view was amazing! We loved waking up and going to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves and the coqui frogs on occasion too! The bed was very comfortable, and it was the perfect sized space with a well equipped kitchen for our anniversary getaway!

From Madeline’s FamilyI want to take the time to thank Alvy for being awesome host! Alvy picked every calls, text back quickly and was very informative too, thank you again Alvy!!!! Me, hubby and 3 children were very comfortable in the apartment, it felt like home to us! We went to Old San Juan and park in the parking lot for $4 which suggest getting there around 12 noon or so as they get pack for quick. We also visited Farjardo beach call seven seas it about 20 minutes from the apartment and we also did the local sight seeing too, Luquillo beach, the food, (Walgreens, Wendy and supermarket is right up the street from the apartment) we had a great time!! Alvy again thank you!!! We will definitely be staying there again! Oh let me not forget the ocean view was fantastic to wake up every morning to!!!
