Situato a 20 minuti dal centro di Melbourne, vicino all'aeroporto di Tullamarine ea pochi passi da negozi, dalla stazione ferroviaria e da altri servizi, le Florentine Villas sono completamente attrezzate con tutto ciò che è necessario per soggiorni sia di breve che di lunga durata, incluso il nostro Wifi gratuito e l'ingresso senza chiave.
Ogni villa comprende 2, 3 o 5 camere da letto, soggiorno e sala da pranzo separati, grandi cucine gourmet con lavastoviglie, bagno completo con asciugacapelli, lavanderia completamente attrezzata con lavatrice, asciugatrici e ferro da stiro, porta del garage telecomandata, riscaldamento centralizzato, aria -condizionato e rilassante cortile privato con mobili da giardino. Il salone è dotato di TV e lettore DVD.
Ogni camera da letto principale è dotata di un letto QS e ampio armadio, mensole e cassetti. Tutte le altre camere hanno letti Queen o singoli con ampio armadio, mensole e cassetti.
Tutte le utenze e le telefonate locali sono incluse nella tariffa. Le attrezzature per barbecue sono disponibili su richiesta.

We would highly recommend Florentine Villas.It was a great size for our family. It was also very clean and comfortable. Being the Christmas period, we did a lot of running around to friends homes and the location was ideal, being no mote than 30-40 minutes from where ever we needed to go. It was quiet and the heating/cooling worked very well.
We would definately return as it would be one of the best places we have stayed as a family, and to be able to do it with our dog was the cherry on top.
Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.
Sorry we did not get a chance to empty the dishwasher before we had to leave.
Having instructions on how to use certain items also helped. The only one we could not figure out was the spa, but as we were not there much, we didn't want to bother Sharon over the Christmas break. We left 2 glasses on the kitchen counter so you could see the big cracks, so we did not use them. The front porch light did not activate and the back yard and table had a lot of dropped moss from the roof. All superficial, but thought it best to let you know.
Thank you, hooefully we will be back for a little less hectic holiday.

Our family and I really enjoyed our stay. The villa was well equiped which accommodated our needs. Shops and restaurants close by. Sharon was very friendly and responsive! Thank you for having us ☺️

We stayed as we were attending a wedding at a venue nearby, had everything we needed. Plenty of space, excellent communication from property manager, nice and quiet

This property suited our needs perfectly, it was roomy enough for 3 adults, 2 children and a baby, conveniently located for what we needed but also very quiet. The owner was communicative and kind enough to waive the late check out fee as my daughter was having surgery. Would stay again!

Was the perfect place for what we needed. Unfortunately it was such a quick trip that we didn’t get to enjoy it for long but hopefully we can get back and stay for longer next time.

I needed to find temporary accommodation at short notice that allows pets and Florentine Villas came to my rescue. The property was well looked after, comfy and has all the amenities. Having to extend twice, Sharon was so easy to deal with and super helpful. Will recommend to all my friends. A++++

Spacious accommodation in the perfect spot for us. Easy drive from the airport and close to our destinations. Sharon was so easy to deal with and was very responsive to queries. The villa was perfect for us and as we were travelling with our dogs, we were pleased with the very secure courtyard and garage. This gave our dogs room to run and plenty of shelter. The beds were very comfortable which is always a big plus for us! The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.I would highly recommend Florentine Villas and hope to stay there again on our next visit to Melbourne.Thanks Sharon
