Location is ideal, right in the middle of the Dinard beach area and a short walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. Apartment was fairly basic but clean and with everything you would need for self-catering. Nice view from the small balcony and you can just see the beach and sea (at high tide). Secure covered car parking is definitely a big plus as on-street parking in central Dinard is a nightmare (and expensive on meters if you are parking for a few days). Pick up and drop off of keys was good with very friendly and helpful staff.
Small niggles - towels should really be provided and this is the first apartment/home we have stayed in that you have to make you own bed on arrival - not a huge issue admittedly but should be included for these prices.

Emplacement idéal. Proche du centre et du bord de mer.
Les vitres auraient pu être nettoyées

Very good support to gain entry as we ran late and all information and keys were left for us at a convenient place.
A well equipped apartment in a great central location with under cover private parking an added bonus.
The flat was not clean , had guests cleaning on leaving but the apartment needed a deep clean.
Toilet in the boiler cupboard.
