Me gusto mucho, un poco la piscina siempre estuvo fría en comparación con lo que ofrece en el centro de Baños. El personal súper atento y muy amigable, se respiraba confianza. Los desayunos muy buenos.
La piscina estuvo siempre fría incluso la que pequeña.

Absolut ruhige Lage. Gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal.
Spektakuläre, sehr steile Zufahrt hinunter zum Hotel. War bei trockenem Wetter jedoch gut machbar.
War im Ort trotz Angabe der Adresse nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Kein Restaurant, deshalb Abends nach Baños wieder hinauf gelaufen, was aber verbunden mit kleiner Anstrengung auch machbar war.

La atención del personal 🤍 el alojamiento tiene su piscina muy tranquilo y cómodo la verdad se los recomiendo
No tengo quejas la verdad , para algunos quizás la salida al centro del baño pero tienen hasta vehículos a lo cuales llamas y te van a ver al complejo 💚

Close to city centre but if you want to go on foot the road it’s steep and you need to get a taxi

Rico desayuno, el hotel limpio y bien ubicado, la piscina la tienen muy bien mantenida y el personal nos trato muy bien
Si vas en tu auto, asegurate que esta en muy buenas condiciones, la subida es impresionante y varios autos tuvieron problemas para salir, si vas en 4x4 vas bien

The location is magic. It’s so close to the city center yet so calm, far from the noise There are beautiful views on the canyon. We enjoyed the pools and hamakas very much. Staff was very nice.
Restaurant offers good meals but unfortunately once we waited 1,5 hours for diner. I believe it was just a misunderstanding, not a standard situation.

Nice staff, beautiful views
The location is far from center because of the steep climb, the rooms were a little smelly and the sheets were not clean and full of hairs.

If you would like very quiet out of the city noise where you can commute with nature this is for you . The owners were very accomodating . The free breakfast was surprisingly plentiful. The roaring river sang us to sleep. The room was very clean and the hot water shower felt absolutely wonderful. They offered to heat the pool for us.not for you if you fear heights.

Beautiful setting. Close to town, but quiet and very private. Good breakfast. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Enjoyed the exercise of walking up the steep road to the town. Could have called a cab, but the short walk was great.

the pool
we had to argue with the staff just to get the room we had a reservation for. The issue was that they said we needed to pay 50% in advance before we arrived but in the booking it said to pay cash upon arrival. we eventually got them convinced and payed cash.

The peace and quite of the location. The sound of the river is calming. Nice breakfast nothing fancy but oke.
The location is beautifull, but its hard to go there if you have to walk and mayby arent as flexibele anymore. The wifi in our room was quite weak at times.
