The hotel is located close to rase El Maa and is within walking distance to the city center. The room was very clean.

The pool was a little small and not big enough for more than 5 or 6 people. The restaurant service was extremely slow. I literally had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to even notice I needed service. Oftentimes, I had to get up and walk inside to place my order. It's possible that they were understaffed. Other than that I was happy with the view and the location.

Everything. The breakfast on the morning was great. They kept the pool clean all day and set our room up so nice for our honeymoon as we recently got married! The AC was definitely a big plus as it was so hot outside. Staff was all friendly without being overbearing.

The prices at the on-site restaurant are too high

Very charming hotel with great pool area, decent wifi nice food menu at good prices. Good location. The ambience around the pool area is great especially in the evenings

No room fridge. Packing space bit limited but ok.

Anis from reception was nice, polite and helpful.

My room was directly under a patio cafe/bar area where they had lots of tables and chairs where people where chilling threw the night drinking and socialising all late hours so we could not sleep at all due to tables and chairs being moved, also lots of squeeking noises from people moving around on their chairs. As they where drinking there was a lot of noise and there was a lot of people as their was a group that came from Spain together. Also directly underneath the room was the pool and cafe area where people where doing the same there too all night. So we were sandwichiged in between the two so we did not sleep at all! Also the corridor light was on threw out the night brining a lot of light in the room making it difficult to sleep too! As a result although I paid for two nights we left the next day as we could not go through another night like that again. We were so exhausted from the journey and really needed to rest so we can do things the next day but the lack of being able to sleep ruined the whole holiday there and cost me a lot of money! It ended up being a wasted trip that cost a lot! I also lost out money on the second night wich we could stay and couldn't get a refund! A patio cafe/bar area is no place to be built directly on top of a room. You could see they made it that way to make money out of the space on the roof but this is not fair to people like me that pay for a room to sleep and get rest in a hotel. This is not right and not acceptable and I would like a refund for both nights please?
